This Walgreens is like a family store. Everyone is so friendly, most will greet me by my name. From the manager and pharmacist to low man on the totem pole are just wonderful.

The store manager Laura Walker went above and beyond to help me make a photo collage. She even helped me pick out a gift bag and wrapped the frame for the picture for me once it was done.

Found everything I needed inside the store today, but when I got to the counter to check out, there seems to be big problems with the administrative process of checking out. Staff was not very good at correcting the problem. I didn’t have time to wait because I was already waiting for a very long timeand I left everything at the counter needs to be retrain and administrative issues. Need to be resolved. customer satisfaction is not very good right now.

The pharmacy lacks every skill known to man, they are rude, they never ever answer the phone, even with no customers, they put me on hold 6 times and never came back. I drove up their right after for my prescription and no customers in line, just rude people!!!

The people at the front are nice but I don’t understand the pharmacy. I got a defective inhaler that doesn’t work and I went back and they said I have to contact someone to get it replace just for them to tell me to go back to the pharmacy and give back the inhaler for them to start the replacement process. I need an inhaler because I have asthma and bronchitis and this process was so dragging

Was in er most of night this pharmacy has had pain med, back meds and nausea meds since 8am and says will be 2pmwhen ready this time for meds is completely ridiculous. They are obviously miss organized robesixhoirs to fill meds . Takes me less time to groom four dogs stupidity abounds

We have tried for 30 minutes to talk with a real human being about a product and it would not allow us. This is terrible that someone won’t just pick up the phone. Not even worth a 1 star rating.

Kim at pharmacy went above and beyond to help my husband and me with walk- in COVID boosters and flu shots. Pharmacist was super kind and professional as well!

Mark the Pharmacist is Awesome and will answer all your questions!! Karl and Becca are always helpful at the Walgreens in Nokomis, FL and greet you with a smile!! I love that place and I take all my guests to that store for everything!!

Everyone is always helpful in this Walgreens and most especially the pharmacist, Mark! He's very kind, and works hard to answer my questions and fill my prescriptions. I wish there were more pharmacists and pharmacies like this!

I see that there are reviews complaining about customer service. Maybe I just haven't been a patron here long enough but my experience has been great. My husband, kids, and I started coming here a few months back and this place is WAYYYY BETTER than our previous Walgreens in Kearney Nebraska.1. On several occasions now the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help us get our diabetic meds/supplies located and filled. Even if they couldn't fill it, they still went out of their way to find a place that could. This has happened at least 3x now.2. They have always been quick with filling our bottles. Typically within 20 minutes. Our flu shot appt took a long time but that hasn't been our norm.3. They do not judge or treat you like a criminal for the meds you take. I have two controlled substances that I've taken as directed, with no problems, for 14 years. No matter how consistent I was, my previous WG always treated me horribly. I even caught them in lies about my meds. My doctor did too. But this WG, here in Nokomis has never treated me poorly. No matter which Rx I'm filling, controlled or not, their kindness is never contingent upon which medication I'm filling.Now I did witness one tech yell at a patron one day but only after the patron had screamed at him for not having some 150 pain pills all in stock at once. The customer was furious and treated this tech badly and the tech finally put his foot down. The customer deserved it.I have never worked with a pharmacy with such kind staff. This will keep us returning. It's nice getting my Rx filled without having massive anxiety about it.
