There were 2 lanes that weren't working, but there was No Sign to let the customer know so I wouldn't have to get out of the car each time, enter my credit card and then find out it's not working. It's very annoying and time wasting. Finally, I found one that worked.

There’s a cashier color lady 35 years old or like so around 5’6 tall (not the short one she is super nice) called mimi or something like that who works at night and she ALWAYS CLOSED THE SPEED WAY DOOR between 12 and 2 Am and she doesn’t open the door she gestures with her hand that they are closed!!! And she's not even cleaning she is just at her phone or whatever!! Speed way its 24 hours!!!!! And it’s not the first time that she closed the doors!! She has a very bad attitude ALWAYS !! Speed way its 24 hours!!!!!!

Regrettably, my visits to the Speedway gas station on 79th Street Causeway in North Bay Village have been less than satisfactory. The overall ambiance leaves a lot to be desired, and some of the clerks come off as rather nasty and unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter such subpar service. The vibe this place exudes is genuinely uninviting. ?? I hope they consider making improvements for a better customer experience.

I stop here daily during my work week (before and after work) and know several of the associates here by name because they are so friendly and they recognize me. This morning I stopped by for my morning Big Gulp and was attempting to pay with my watch (tap-to-pay) which works 99% of the time at this location. For some reason it wasn't working this morning after trying twice so I needed a quick second to get my actual card out of my wallet. As I was attempting to do so Julio loudly, and multiple times seeming to find himself absolutely hilarious, said "no money no honey today" implying that I needed to leave the drink at the counter and leave. There wasn't anyone else in line, so there was no reason to rush me like that. I've never felt so embarrassed or humiliated at a gas station, knowing full well that I have money in my account. I'm unsure if he didn't understand what I was trying to tell him when I was explaining that I would just use my physical card because his English was poor, but implying that a customer who stops at this location before and after work 5 days a week has no money and should leave is inexcusably rude. I will happily change my review to 5 stars if I never have to interact with that man again, everyone else here has always been extremely friendly and now I'm debating going out of my way to a different Speedway just to avoid being treated like garbage again.

I’m no longer a customer of speedway in North Bay Village. When I buy gas I always clean my windows. And for the longest time now the water wells for the squeegees have been empty. Corporate you need more supervision of this storeRemember the people you hire reflect on your company. Look at the poor ratings you’re getting and remember you’re not the only game in town!!!!!

Can I just say 0 stars, wort service, is it 24 hours??? NO! THEY PLACED A SIGN ON THE DOOOR THAT ONLY PICK UP, AND THEY IGNORES YOU! What a great service.

It was a terrible experience felt in fear almost called the cops I rather just be peaceful and leave this issue this cashier AT SPEEDWAY NORTH BAY VILLAGE MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA offer such poorly service I am sorry to say it this way what I experienced was very bad this cashier I. The 7 am morning shift this is all wrongly and wrongful JAIL MENTALITY He demonstrated discrimination by first telling me to get the f ! out his face that I was holding up the line when I was simply asking about a tobacco product which they didn't have since I was there I purchased a coffee when I paid I NOTICED HE TRIED OVERPRICED THE ITEMS WITH OUT LOOKING WHAT I WAS PURCHASING I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE LOOK WHAT I PURCHASED he threw my change over the counter to the point I had to pick up from the floor refused to provide me a receipt when I return to request a receipt and to speak with a manager he begin yelling calling me a snitch cracker awful explicit vocabulary to the point he left his duty and almost assaulted me if it wasn't for the manager wrest assured this cashier might of tried or could easily with aggressive behavior assault or very easy lost control of his behavior or mind I called speedway support and was reported right away SPEEDWAY IS THIS HOW YOU ESPECT TO PARTNER UP WITH 7 11 no wonder you need a better resolution for your corporation for not training properly and hire individuals that do want to enjoy they're jobs not this creature behavior type person what kind of Human Resources you use don't the costumer has the right and most trained people about ethics and keeping your out side problems away from work ENVIRONMENTS ISSUES people like this are more engaging I. Creation of SITUATIONS what a awfully way to let employees take advantage of their duties their peoples lives such as myself goodness I wonder how he has treated others in the past I really hope he gets removed and chewed up for what he did my blessings to people with anger management issues I pray for people like that

Used to buy my gas here on 79th St Causeway in North Bay Village. For almost a year their credit card and debit gas pumps haven't worked properly so you have to go inside. and wait on line w retail shoppers. I haven't been in a couple months and tried again today. Same thing. One of the staff said they are frustrated too because they have asked corporate to fix the problem to no avail. So it appears the strategy is to drive customers inside. SORRY not working for me. Wont be visiting them again and this corporate policy nonsense is beyond silly. Way to go Corporate! Drive smart customers away. There's a Mobil a couple blocks away where the modern technology actually works. Appears 7 11 is going this way too. Hmmm same owners. Same lack of thinking.

Speedway Gas -- where your time goes to die.Always 8-10 people on line waiting for one register. Plenty of other employees walking around doing nothing.Worst of the worst. Do yourself a favor and go to the Shell station down the street.

Extremely frustrating speedway. The day time is awesome everyone is very nice and friendly. BUT at night after hours they continuously close for hours. Especially Saturdays (which are VERY BUSY at night) they'll close for four hours regardless that its 24 hours. Its annoying because its the neighborhood speedway and between 12 am to 4am, even later the person working just locks the door. I don't understand how the business hasn't noticed the lack of sales at night during those hours. I can guarantee you its not lack of business because it will be 1-2-3 am and there will be 10 people standing outside confused why its closed as the woman working will just stare at you and continue talking on the phone. There is so many people stopping by, knocking on the door and she wont even acknowledge anyone. its frustrating because even when you are able to come in the few times she leaves the door open during her night shift, shes continuously on the phone, face time, headphones talking to someone so you cant ask questions or constantly think shes talking to you, but no, she's just always on the phone. Its taken a lot of time for me to decide to write this just because this has now been months on end. One of the reasons I moved into the complex right next to it is because i get off late after work around 1am to 4 am and speedway is 24 hours so it worked with my life. But it seems theyre NEVER opened at night towards the weekend. If anyone can please just let me know if i'm in the wrong of the hours or check into why towards the weekend the doors will always be guaranteed locked.
