“I needed a new receiver. I looked online. Most places were going to be a week. Went to Best Buy online, pretty sure where I bought my last one, and I looked online was able to shop from their store in Fort Myers and they had a new one that was opened box for $100 off, I bought it online and went and picked it up. I was having problems couldn’t get back surrounds to work right and I was going to return it, but I called the number through the app for Support and I got some help even though it was aggravating because their English was a little broken. But they did fix my one issue and they sent out geek squad for the other issue and they didn’t charge me. They came quickly, the same day, and in a few minutes all was resolved and all is well and I didn’t have to return this thing that had nothing wrong with it. My computer and DVR settings needed changed . I’m rocking in my house like I used to. I think Best Buy is great and I’m so glad you’re still there, because sometimes you need a receiver now.”
