I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru while the attendant waited on 2 people. 2 people!! Ridiculous to begin...The doctors' office actually called me today because they said the pharmacy wouldn't answer the phone, one time she actually waited on hold 30 minutes and noone ever answered. Then she called me back to tell me she finally got thru. When I showed up at the pharmacy, they didn't have the prescription. Pharmacist said i'd have to come back tomorrow. Totally unsatisfactory.....if they would have answered their damn phone when the doctors' office called, they may have gotten the prescription correct. I'm taking my business elsewhere and i'm also filing a complaint with United Healthcare....unbelievable..

The customer service from this pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I was put on hold because the only pharmacist available was answering another patient when I called. When my turn came along, I told her to give me a few seconds so I could find a quiet place to talk, but before I got there, she put me back on hold again! This happened a second time even after I interrogated her asking me why she put me on hold, and that I made it clear that it would only be a "few seconds"! If I lived in Ft. Myers, I would be speaking to Maria's supervisor right now, demanding that she be held accountable.

CVS Pharmacy drops the ball again on refilling my prescriptions. I needed 3, they managed to get 1, and then the woman at the pharmacy counter had to spend the rest of the time berating me for NOT requesting initially the other two. I NEVER would call for a refill on only one portion of my necessary meds. Doesn’t even make sense. But she had to waste my time PROVING to me that I was wrong. ???. Prescriptions transferred to Walgreens as soon as I got home, and will stay there forever. I swear they have never once made a refill easy. They always have to find a way to mess things up. This will require a four mile longer drive for me, but in the end, I’m certain it will save me a ton of time.

I have always got promoted fills and refills from this pharmacy particularly when the Dr calls it in. They have always been courteous and I have no delays picking up things from here.

This Wait is horrible here!!!!!! 1hour just to get someone to ask for ur name.....,, they don't care about the clients this guy literally called me laughing sarcastically I think his name is Mike and then also the manager of Bonnie horrible people there they don't care about any customer service you can sit outside the line wait an hour and then they'll call you and tell you know we're not gonna call the doctor until the next day when I ask him why he can just called them right since they do have emergency call they'll fill my prescription no problem! He told no plain and simple NOOOO! the was he's choice...!! Don't use this location he refused and kept laughing when I asked to speak to the manager the same crap! Dont waste your time take your money somewhere else don't come to this pharmacy horrible horrible service

Just terrible. Prescriptions always partially filled and have to return next day to get the rest. Try to call before I head over to check if all are ready and am put on hold right away, last time was 35 minutes before I hung up. Very poor management.

Of all the cvs stores, this has to be the worst one in the chain. They don't fill prescriptions on time or when promised, they don't care if you run out of your meds they have a very poor work ethics. Many complaints to there customer service have done nothing to change anything. They call you back and give you the corporate bull s*** speech. And nothing happens. I deal with another cvs store in another state and they have sent someone out to another store to pickup meds and bring them to the pharmacist so he can fill my prescription cause they didn't get the meds on the truck that day. And I email customer service and praise the employee and the pharmacist for their great service.
