It's nearly impossible to speak to a person. The answering machine takes you into an endless loop. I received a text message from them saying my new prescription was ready. When I followed the link the next day, it wasn't there. When I finally spoke to a person, after continually pressing 0, they told me it was out of stock. At least another nearby location had it and I was able to get it.

Spoke to the pharmacist, and when I said have a good day, she hung right up on me. I felt like that was pretty rude. You don’t do that because I was saying have a great day and she didn’t say anything back she just hung up.

I give them a ZERO !!!!! DO not take your prescriptions here!! The absolute worst customer service. The pharmacist is more concerned with her own personal phone calls than actually providing customer service!! She was speaking Spanish to someone and did not realize, I am fluent in Spanish and understood everything she was saying. She asked to wait for Text before arriving to pick up medications. I showed her the text and was soo rude, eye rolling and everything! She said had to finish processing and wait for text and to return at 2:30 pm after her lunch. It was 1:05 pm , i replied with thank you and walked away. As i walked away the pharmacy tech, who is worse than the pharmacist, said to her "yeah she is leaving thank god, just push her meds to the end of the week. " Immediately after that i got the Text : CVS : PHARMACY YOUR MEDICATION WONT BE READY UNTIL 1/13/24 FOR PICK UP. I went to the Publix across the street and transferred my prescription! My meds were ready in 5 min . I never write reviews because i feel no one reads them, but I am giving it a shot because I want NO ONE else to have to experience the rudeness from this pharmacy. They are messing with people's medications we are not your punching bag and if providing customer service is not for you then find another job.

This is the ONLY pharmacy in SW Florida that answers the GD phone!! Not only that, but super helpful and courteous. Manager and staff should get a raise.

If i could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst CVs I've ever stepped into. Your CVs manager Is a racist. RUDE AS EVER Acted like I was planning on stealing or something. I was there for a collage project with my class and was singled out. The staff is horrible and I will be calling corporate. Clearly ur manager likes to single out people of color. I am very aware that apparently our class wasn't allowed to be there according to the manager. I didn't know it was a crime to read the back of vitamins bottles. Or is it only a crime when people that look a certain way? I have tattoos and brown skin.

Crystal is a very horrible human. She is very rude to people on disability and people that have mental illnesses. She will tell you your prescriptions are not there that pharmacy is going under because of this lady if you can do not take your prescriptions there this lady needs to be fired. She’s horrible.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever, and im talking about the pharmacy people not the store itself. Been putting up with it for 5 years because it's super close but I need to start using somewhere else.

Sadly, I experienced the same treatment as previous reviewers. The pharmacist I spoke to interrupted me and dismissed me. Strangely, the automated phone system confirmed that my prescription was in their system and ready for pickup, but the pharmacist denied it existed. She said I had to go elsewhere for it. So after 3 attempts at this CVS, I did. Walgreens had it. ??

I made an appointment on 12/16 for a PCR test at the 15050 North Cleveland Ave North Fort Myers 33903 location and was told they were out of “test kits”, I was told to reschedule. I made an appointment at the same vocation for 12/17 and was given the same reason when I arrived although the app allowed me to make an appointment.I then made a 3rd appointment at the 2403 Cleveland Ave Fort Myers 33901 location and when I arrived I was told the don’t have someone to do the test…I’ve now made a 4th test at the following address, 4100 Hancock bridge parkway north fort Myers 33903….it is absolutely shameful that i am unable to get a Covid 19 test after three days and 4 appointments!I just left my 11:30 appointment at 4100 Hancock bridge parkway north fort Myers Florida 33903. This location has confirmed as well, no test kits available.

I am beginning to wonder if CVS trains their staff to be terrible. Don’t even try to call them, they do not answer. When you go there in person they’re extremely rude and claim they’re busy. I’ve called different hours, different days, same song and dance. CVS Pharmacist at handcock and orange grove is the most disgruntled person, could care less about helping you and makes excuses every time.
