The pharmacy tech was disgusting. I have 30 units of insulin to last me all month and she couldn’t give me an emergency vial of insulin. She said oh well have the Dr send a new script in we might be able to fill it but who knows.

CVS on the corner of US41 and Pine Island Road is always clean, well stocked and their check out staff and pharmacutical people are helpful and professional.

Worst experience for a pharmacy been up there four days in a row keep telling me they do not have prescription go to the doctors office. They proved that they sent it to the pharmacy pharmacy. Received it every time I go to the pharmacy they don’t have it no prescription and then they tell me they must’ve lost it. Have them send it again or bring a paper prescription which they did send it again still does not have a prescription. with today’s technology when the doctor sends the prescription, it shows that they have received it at the pharmacy proved it to me three times. They do not write paper prescriptions anymore. Will find me a new pharmacy change the staff or shut it down

What a great experience today the assistant store manager was awesome the entire staff was awesome I highly recommend the store I love CVS I love their extra bucks their coupons the store is always well stocked inviting and you can find pretty much anything you need at CVS 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

I have always been treated kindly by all of the staff. The only complaint I have about this location is that sometimes products I want to buy are all out of stock.

I went in for an amazon return drop off, older lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not stop talking over me, not letting me finish my sentence. Gave me an attitude for no reason at all. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a “1 hour photo” through the CVS website for pickup at this store - got the confirmation email, order number, etc. 4 hours later I go in to pick up my photo, and after being ignored by the single checkout lady for 15 minutes I finally got her to come over to the photo section to pick up my photo. Well, she couldn’t find my order, and didn’t find it in the system either (even though I showed her my confirmation email, etc. and confirmed this was the correct store). She called over another employee to help - a very nice Hispanic lady who spoke almost NO English and had to speak to me through Google translate on her phone. She couldn’t help either, but said I could re-submit my order through the in-store kiosk. It had been almost a half hour by this point, plus I had gotten a discount by placing the order through the website vs. in-store, so I decided to forget it and do a Walgreens order instead. I would give zero stars if I could, and will never do a CVS photo order here again, even though it’s the closest store to me!

I had an urgent flight to come for my father’s stroke and inadvertently left a prescription behind at home. The pharmacist (Michael) and staff were so considerate of the situation and had the transfer and fill some very quickly. Kudos to the pharmacist who made this very difficult time easy for the w whole family. Thank you.

The only reason I give them one star is because you can’t give them zero stars. This store has the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Had a prescription transferred to them that was a 90 day supply they told us they had the 90 days but when they filled it they only filled 30 days. Was told by them that they filled other prescription’s and that was why I only got 30 days. The pharmacist was very unprofessional, when asked how to get this for 90 days was told I could go somewhere else to fill it.
