“We had a failed microwave only two months old. Fuse, the dealer, told us that it had assigned the issue to TV Center to do the warranty repair. TVCenter never received the order, but when I called, Josh did everything he could to run it down and find out what happened. He called me back quickly to let me know that they did not receive the order and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. However, Fuse had reassigned it (still waiting for the repair) I really appreciated Josh’ diligence and commitment to customer service. I would use them in a second based on this interaction alone.”

“Purchased a $400 X2 Marine Battery with a 4-year warranty. After two months the battery has 2 volts and can't be recharged. The only thing on it was a bilge pump that has probably run one time in the last month if that. Was told the warranty isn't valid and I can come in to purchase a new one. Will be talking with the manager tomorrow and will repost if things change for the better...not holding my breath. I had a pleasant conversation with Peter the Store Manager and he is trying his best to remedy the situation. More to come...The store manager is going to replace the battery under warranty. Very happy with the result and appreciate them understanding the situation and taking action to resolve the issue with the customer in mind.”
