Poor customer service, when I walked in the store was completely empty and staff didn’t not greet me. I was looking for a new video game for my fiancé but they were too caught up in their conversation to help me find what I was looking for.

I absolutely love this game stop and have made it my go to game stop. The employees truly take there time to get to know your needs. As a mom of 3 teenage boys I have questions some times and I have never felt like I am annoying them.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the employees have always been like long lost bros. Recently, had a great experience worth noting.This guy was awesome! He helped me pick out a nice headset, gave me some awesome advice, almost had me on a few extra games, etc.Vincent was the guy! He really gave me a good experience and I like how he conversed with the other customers because he was very knowledgeable and there to help everyone. Meanwhile, he -by himself was able to swivel between us and keep everyone accommodated at the same time.Just wanted to give a shout out because I don’t feel like I see this too much anywhere else! Very professional and the store is my go to!Thanks, Vincent and Ty GameStop ???(Awesome place to consider for holidays coming up too!)

Horrible Customer service and products basically all there products are horrible and don't even work and there customer service and employees are very rude to customers I went there awhile back and so far all the employees I have met are rude and do not handle products with care at all would not recommend buying or going to this GameStop

Customer service lacking. I had to return an item and was told " I don't think I can take that item back." The receipt clearly states 15 days and I was within the return period. I was told I have to call my manager to ask. I was told that the manager is also loss prevention so they could not take the item. I had a clear receipt that had the item listed and it was within the time frame. Common sense and comprehension skills are lacking from this location as well as training and professionalism. Representative at the counter was eating Doritos while handling merchandise. Store was very unpleasant as it was very hot indoors due to what seemed to be a broken AC. I ended up going to another store where I was able to return the item. I do not recommend this Gamestop on PineIsland road as they do not seem to know what they are doing. Definitely will not be returning.

Terrible customer service! Wanted to buy a game console and games. Had to ask for where the item was, then he just said “whatever we have in case” . Then a white couple entered the store and your sales man right away asked “Anything you’re particularly looking for” How rude! left without spending nothing after feeling he obviously had no interest in helping me. ( not sure if he’s raciest or what, but that’s your job regardless of race!)This was 4/16/2023 at 730pm ish. We had a budget of $1600.00, which is now what the store will not be making.

I ordered 4 preorder boxes of Pokémon lost origins.All 4 we’re opened and gone through. Open packs, multiple packs with white v star cards. Zero rare cards out of 32 packs. Zero. Some packs had 2 white pro cards in one pack. Cards had reseal marks on them.DO NOT BUY cards at this place. I called and tried to speak with someone and they called me a liar and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone above them. DO NOT BUY cards from them.

this place is great. the manger there helped me out with my daughters switch lite. thank god for the warranty though. totally worth it. they replaced it. keep the box an receipt and your good to go.
