I came to the store to mail a package when the gentleman who came to drop off a package said some unkind things while leaving which the staff handled very well and explained to me why they charge for post-office dropoffs after he left and it was understandable.I have always been happy to pay a $1 for post-office packages. The staff is always kind and helpful with the packages I needed packaged and shipped. I have had absolutely zero troubles with my expensive items. They also do not charge you to print FedEx, UPS, or Amazon labels.”

“I come to Cape Coral for 2 months during the winter and I needed to return several items to Amazon. I had to print out one label but didn’t have a printer. I went to the UPS store on Cape Coral and a young man, James helped me. He was so very kind and helpful. He did print me my label ( I did pay for it… which I was more than willing to) He completely took care of all of it. I wanted you to know you have an outstanding employee in James. Thank you!”
