“The UPS stores around my house had really bad reviews so I drove a bit further to go to this one and I'm so glad I did! The guy working was so nice and on top of it, a line was forming while I was packaging up my items and he was really skilled at multi-tasking and helping customers on the 2 different terminals at once. I came to the store to mail a package when the gentleman who came to drop off a package said some unkind things while leaving which the staff handled very well and explained to me why they charge for post-office dropoffs after he left and it was understandable.I have always been happy to pay a $1 for post-office packages. The staff is always kind and helpful with the packages I needed packaged and shipped. I have had absolutely zero troubles with my expensive items. They also do not charge you to print FedEx, UPS, or Amazon labels.”
