“Recently, I utilized the services of UPS to ship a unique collection of greeting cards to a relative residing in Washington State. The representative informed me that the delivery would be scheduled for a specific date. Regrettably, the delivery did not occur as anticipated. Terry, the representative who diligently searched her computer, successfully located the number.
