“Great store. Hubby ended up buying a cool chipper. The gentleman who assisted him was very friendly. Large selection of clothing -- men and women. I was looking for some outfits and the most helpful lady, Leese (sp?), assisted me. Purchased several pieces. Only reason not 5 stars is that even on sale, many of the pieces were still quite high. Manufacturers set prices high, but the sale prices could have been a little more generous.”

“What a gem! Great choices for suits that won’t break the bank. Mike was absolutely incredible. My wife went in to help me, I was looking for an Italian wool suit in a certain grey. The only place we could find this certain color in the materials I was looking for was at this suit shop. I met my wife and Mike and Mike was more then helpful and set the suit up for a speedy tailor so that we could have this suit for our trip. Mike also helped with accessories and shoes. By the time Mike was done helping everything on me looked like a million bucks!!! Thanks again! We will be back.”

“Always a great experience when I go in. The employees are very nice and do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. They have a good variety of beauty items, skincare, makeup, etc. I can always find cute shoes that are in my size too, 6.5. My only complaint is that they don’t ever have enough sizes in the more professional looking clothes that are on the small racks next to the aisle. It’s so sad too because I really wanted some of them. Other than that, I always enjoy my time there.”

While shopping with my daughters, they were happy to answer our questions, help us find different sizes and more.On the one hand, pretty basic things, on the other hand - Hot Topic is a solid boutique brand with nice clothes and accessories, but I wouldn't normally list customer service as a strength.This location has me reconsidering. Well worth a visit.”

“Have been to this location many times, and I have to say truly everyone there is amazing! The manger Drew is always keeping a eye on everything. I think he literally greets every person that walks in and says hello! I see every associate helping customers, getting shoes, ringing others up and cleaning as they go!! It's like a well oiled machine! Everyone works together so we'll. We have bought over 15 pairs of shoes plus lots of clothing for the entire family. Only complaint is wish more plus size clothing for woman!”

I recently purchased a few pieces of clothing from your store, but a week later when I went to wear one of the pants I realized that two of the pants still had the security tags on them.I returned to the store two weeks later to have the security tags removed. “Clean store in Cape Coral. Had to return items. Store should have returns in front of store. Having a disability it's a little hard walking to the rear of store. Associate was super friendly. Big men's clothing unfortunately its best too use their online service website. Store doesn't have a great selection.”
