“Clean store in Cape Coral. Had to return items. Store should have returns in front of store. Having a disability it's a little hard walking to the rear of store. Associate was super friendly. Big men's clothing unfortunately its best too use their online service website. Store doesn't have a great selection.”

“Anita, customer service department has been great for us. My online order was canceled twice and I didn't manage to find out why. She has phoned customers service online for us. The online customer service was not very supportive. Anita did everything she could to help us out. Anita is the best customer service employee I have ever met. Kohl's should be proud to have her in their shop! Thanks Anita for your help, you are an angel.”

“Always a great experience when I go in. The employees are very nice and do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. They have a good variety of beauty items, skincare, makeup, etc. I can always find cute shoes that are in my size too, 6.5. My only complaint is that they don’t ever have enough sizes in the more professional looking clothes that are on the small racks next to the aisle. It’s so sad too because I really wanted some of them. Other than that, I always enjoy my time there.”
