If I could give zero stars that would be the rating. I went in here to add a new phone that we bought separately, and the girl with missing teeth and blue hair didn't want to deal with us in any way. Maybe she was just ignorant and played the role, but she was clueless when it came to any type of knowledge. She told me my new phone was LOCKED and that she couldn't do anything and come to find out my new phone was fully UNLOCKED. She just didn't want to do her job. Please let her go so she can get back to more important things, like neglecting her family, job, and friends because of her meth habit.

The woman charged me $100 for $60 phone she charged me outrageous connection fees and total being on disability she took over $240.00 from my out of my debit card. Talked to me like dirt. I wanted to leave but she had my debit card, and I figured that she would get even louder if I told her I want to just leave, if I said give me back my money. She is so loud and obnoxious. When she gave me my bag with my phone and everything in it I asked her was the receipt in there but there was no receipt she had said yes so when I looked at my bank account and saw how much money she took out I just was floored. I called them company but they didn't do anything about it. That was my experience with Metro.,....N.C

Worst possible experience…. Nikki who is a sales agent for this store, outright lied about my insurance and said I didn’t have any when I brought my tablet in for repairs. She called her manager/owner Ricky and told him according to my account on the screen I didn’t have insurance. I called 611 while there and they assured her I did have it. So she didn’t have a clue as to how to read my account??? Nor did she understand how the service/deal worked and did absolutely nothing to help me. I filed a corp. complaint on speaker with her there and refuse to deal with this particular store as a t turns out the owner/manager Ricky doesn’t train his employees.

The woman Ashley that works there is very knowledgeable and helps you to find the best plan and phone assiocated with that plan. I have had no bad experiences at this store. And you cant beat metros prices on everything they got it going on. You should check them out get more bang for your buck. And make sure you ask for Ashley she is a sweetheart

When I tell you SIMA completely shattered my faith in metro I mean it! This management cost metro 25 years of loyal service because she refused to simply give me my account number and then CALLED THE POLICE TO KICK ME OUT because I asked to verify her screen with what she wrote down. She knows exactly what she did and do I. Never again

Went in to buy a new phone. No other customers were there and still stood there for 5 minutes before leaving because he was to busy joking around in the back officeP.s. there is a million metro stores around town don't put up with bad customer service
