save yourself the aggrivation. the pharmacy maganger jacob has no compassion and was never taught customer service. i am a snow bird trying to get a perscription filled. jacob has decided to make his own laws and rules with a god like complex. so, if you have insurance in another state. and they will not cover your perscription, jacob says you may not use your own money to pay the perscription out of your own pocket. he has written this law. not cvs, florida or any other entity. its a shame when someone who is supposed to help a human makes there life that much harder. save yourself the tears and heartache. go to walgreens. and jacob may god bless you with the karma you deserve.

So, this CVS continues to underperform. Things to know: They close for lunch at 1:30-2:00, if you show up at 1:29, they will not help you, gate closes and they put up the out to lunch sign (speaking from experience). Sunday's, pharmacy closes at 5:00, went in at 4:58, sorry we are closed (again, from experience). Customer service at it's finest (sarcasm) Additionally, the shelves in the store are not stocked we'll. I was looking for tylenal and aspirin and the shelves were bare. I was told to go to the CVS down the road. I think it's time to switch to the Walgreens across the street.

Very under staffed pharmacy! The staff there are hard workers, friendly, professional. They don't have personnel to answer the phones (hung up after 30 minutes on hold) or do quick turn-around on prescriptions.

Worst service in SWFL exactly what the last review stated! Waited that long on the phone and then they hung up on me (prob by accident ) they could have called back it they did do that -they have caller ID-no courtesy call back. I had to call back just to be put on hold again.. and then when they did answer they were rude and hung up on me and didn't answer my questions about a prescription being ready. They obviously don't know how to look up prescriptions in the computer/queue(s). Zero stars for sure!

I took a covid test on Tuesday and was expecting my results back by Thursday so I can hopefully go to work because feel perfectly fine. My symptoms are all gone I've done my quarantine I have at home tests by binar that have been negative for 4 days and turns out that this CVS gave me an EXPIRED TEST KIT. this makes me wonder if they're giving out expired drugs now AND expired vaccines who was doing their inventory in holding these people accountable I am now going to lose another 4 days worth of pay if not 5 And to top it off no one is answering the phone at CVS on Bayshore so I can tell them that they gave me an expired test so they don't give anymore out I'm sure I'm not the only 1 that's probably why they're not answering the phone but somebody needs to be held accountable in that pharmacy. And the next time I can get a test is 4 days from now so then I gotta wait another 2 days there's no rush expediting me as a courtesy because they screwed up I get to lose more than 4 days in pay Because of this negligence and laziness somebody somebody needs to be held accountable
