They just got a new young woman here Nicole "Niki" who is fabulous. She's super helpful, friendly and efficient. We've used their service multiple times in the past week and she's been wonderful each time. I've also been there when the owners have been in and the man was super extra sweet to my son. Always easy, always fast.

Not getting anyone to send me my mail. I don't know if they went out of Business but I have called and left messages and emailed the office at least once a week for over 3 months trying to get someone to pickup the phone or at least call me so I can have my mail sent to me. What a disaster I know have to fly down there to get my mail and cancel my service.

This used to be my favorite shipping store, very close to home and friendly workers. In the last couple of months it's never open during "regular business hours" and staff not friendly when they are there. Very frustrating! Please do better or just close your doors because customers are finding other places that are actually open.

The new manager is as rude as can be. Asked her for a drop of receipt and she said the tracking number was the drop of receipt. Once I insisted that I needed a drop of receipt she reluctantly printed me a drop of receipt.Then it took 5 days and 2 phone calls they finally got the package Sent out after saying they didn’t have it.Avoid this place at all costs.

This used to be a very convenient shipping location but new management has changed that. On multiple occasions and at different times during the day, I've arrived only to have the doors locked and lights off. Only once was a note on the door stating, "Went to the bank. Be back soon," yet there was no indication of what "soon" meant. I'm only giving one star because I've met the owners and, up until now, had always received the best customer service from them (and the previous manager, Jenna). Hoping they read this and correct this issue.

The new "manager" that replaced Jenna is COMPLETELY unprofessional. I never had a problem with any of the previous staff. She does not want to do her job, has an attitude and does not need to be there. It doesn't seem like she does want to be there. I have stopped by with time left before closing and she has the door locked. When she did get up to open the door, she acted like she was put out that she had to open the mail area for me to retrieve the mail. I'm not surprised another patron commented on the same issue. On Saturday 8/6/22, I once again was met by her cold reception. I didn't even know anyone was inside the business because she never greeted me and seemed more interested in sitting at a computer. Once again, I was met with attitude when I wanted to pay my mailbox bill. She had to get up from the chair and it seemed I was putting her out. I have called in the past to make an over the phone payment and she told me to call back when the owners were in. Everything had been great until they brought her on board and will continue to go down as long as she is employed at Pondella Pack n Go. She will immediately get defensive, rude, and not want to listen when approached about her lack of professionalism. If you do not like people, don't get a job in customer service. I do not feel secure with my mail going to this location with her working there.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! Store hours are 8:30am to 6:00 pm Mon- Friday. Showed up at 5:20 pm on a Thursday and the store is closed! Unbelievable!! I needed my package that was shipped to this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

We dropped a brand new tv to ship UPS back to Amazon and very stupidly did not get a receipt. Item never shipped so we went back this Saturday AM and they said "oh ya, it shipped". Called today and was told we never dropped anything off. Never is how I would recommend.

UPDATE 1/31/22 Obviously the only way to get the owners of this business to return a call or e-mail is via Google reviews. They had not answered my calls for months. I put on a negative review and they responded to my e-mail FINALLY. They offered me the $100 standard FedEx insurance - but I sent them proof that it was insured for $300. AGAIN!! NO RESPONSE. Because they will not provide the signed fedex manifest - it is obvious that they lost my package, and are NOT WILLING to reimburse my package.They are obviously not a very trust worthy business. BE WARE!!I am sorry to have to edit my review from 5 stars to 0 stars. I dropped off a fed ex package in November. I have proof that Pack n Go received my package but it stops there. I have contacted FedEx (who has been helpful). They have told me what proof I need from Pack n Go for them to process my claim. I have contacted Pack n Go MULTIPLE time via phone and e-mail. I have NEVER received a call from Connie (owner). And they will not help me in finding my package. I am out a $250 product and this Pack n Go will not even give me the courtesy to return my phone calls, or help provide proof that FedEx needs to process my claim. Makes me believe they lost my package and do not want to claim responsibility.Review from Oct. 2021Super nice people. Always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can.

Wow!! I am super impressed with this business. I called for printing as I found them quickly on Google and needed a label affordably and quickly printed out on my lunch break. They missed my call and called right back, which shocked me at first. I thought that was very professional and showed that they cared about each of their customers, old and new! The service got even better when I was warmly greeted by Jenna who took care of my label and actual shipment. She gave me the fastest most effective way to handle my return. I decided to restart my online flipping side business now that I know they are so close and friendly as I just recently moved down to North fort myers from the NE coast. Thanks Jenna!

We do quite a bit of shipping to family and friends and always use this Pack and Go location. The owners are super nice, professional and friendly. You’re in and out quickly. No standing 30 minutes in line like at the Post Office. By the time you get home, an email confirmation is waiting for you. Track your shipment from that point or just wait until a delivery notice is received. Do yourself a favor, and use this business. You’ll be glad you did.

I build guitars and this is always my go to place for packaging and shipping! They take great care in making sure each one of my guitars is packed carefully and properly to ensure safe delivery. Would highly recommend and will be doing business with them for a very long time!
