I called them today to find the paint colors I had used previously and got a new manager, Mel. He went out of his way to be polite, helpful, and courteous. He spent time making sure I had the right information and helped me to find a perfect match to a discontinued color. He apologized for my past experiences and let me know that the company was aware of the problems and had replaced all of the previous staff. A+ to Mel and his other staff I also had the pleasure of dealing with.”

“Went there to pick up paint today because my HOA requires Sherwin Williams. In the past I’ve always used Lowe’s or Home Depot. Very different experience. The guys there are like a well oiled machine. They get people taken care of immediately so even though there is a steady flow of people walking in there’s not a long wait. They were really helpful and knowledgeable and the best part was even with the busy atmosphere they are so polite and friendly. Thank you for making a mundane task less stressful for me!”
