I was trying to match a very unique black/bronze color, and even though we ultimately couldn't find an exact match, John went above and beyond to help. He took the time to carefully identify possible options, test different colors, and explain the results instead of rushing me out the door. It's rare to find someone willing to invest that much time and effort when there isn't an easy solution. While we didn't end up with the perfect color, I left feeling like I had received outstanding customer service. John's patience, knowledge, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. Sherwin-Williams is fortunate to have employees like him, and I'll definitely be back for future paint projects.”
