The staff worked into the night and well beyond closing time on Sunday when they were waiting for a generator delivery as hurricane Milton was bearing down on the gulf coast of Florida. They truly helped the community to prepare and stay safe during the hurricane. Thanks to Faith and all the team for putting the worried local residents first and not bouncing at 5 on the dot like many stars would have. GREAT JOB NORTHERN TOOL!!!! ?”
“I like Harbor Freight. Sometimes you just dont want to spend an arm and a leg on tools cause you don't use them as often as some people do. Cool selection of stuff at reasonable prices. I go to Harbor freight for certain items I like to use working on Firearms like vices, cases, picks, towels, latex gloves, etc.”

“I have been in this store many times. They always offer to help. This past Saturday really demonstrated their commitment to customer service. I had lost the screw that held my steam mop together. It was not a standard size. Terry helped me find the one closest to it and, then, took my mop into the back to drill the hole out a little so the screw would hold the handle on the mop. I probably would have had to toss an almost new steam mop without his help. He was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. Would have never received that kind of service at a big box store.”
