“Went shopping for a bumper hitch rack at Nothern Tool due to sale price for item. When my wife and I entered the store was created by Kiana and immediately provided guidance to the item I came in for. She didn't just point to where the rack was but escorted us to the location. Was advised that the display rack had been taken down and would I be interested in purchasing it. The other two store associates, Aiyden and Mike were also extremely helpful helping me with the purchase and taking it out and placing it in our car. Went back in and purchased additional item before leaving. Two others helped but I forgot their names. Sorry. If I could I would rate the store and associates higher if I could. This was from start to finish one of my most enjoyable and memorable shopping trips ever. Thanks again to Kiana, Mike and Aiyden.”
