Publix Super Market at Orange Grove Center is a great place with award-winning, friendly, and helpful customer service. Associates always seem to have a smile and are problem solvers, offering old-fashioned service. The store is well-organized and well-stocked, featuring a wide selection of good quality, high-quality meats, nice produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and signature Deli subs and Bakery cakes. There are fun Bogos, prepacked lunches, salads, and gourmet items. While it can be a bit pricey, prices are not much higher than other stores, and many find the quality and presentation worth it. Checkout is usually quick with real clerks and baggers.
I went into the store today and there was an issue with my payment method. The store associates Yudi and Triston and the Manager Richard were very helpful in reaching a solution all while maintaining my dignity. Great customer service!

I'll tell you one thing every time I go to Publix it is very clean and organized and the people are very pleasant that work there yes the prices are higher but the service and fruit and food are very good I would definitely recommend to family and friends
