Worst location to go on Saturday. Only one drive through lane open. Line is out the door. One hour hour wait. They need to open more branches up on Saturday.

Even though the location is difficult to get around due to construction that is around them there is plenty of Handicap parking.I had my debit card compromised and they quickly replaced it with a smile and not a lecture or third degree. I appreciate this branch than I do the one closest to my home.And the drive thru is open on Saturday!!!

No drive-thru ATM. Construction closes the best route but GPS doesn’t know that so it is confusing. Terrible design for banking on the move.

IF they are even open, they MIGHT have a teller if you want to wait an hour. Also they quit accepting your change so I guess your supposed to go pay to turn it in somewhere else now? I guess brick and mortar locations are becoming a thing of the past. But if you do need one, this is NOT the place.

Yes. I would like to complain about the fact that everytime I go in there which is approximately once a week only to make a simple deposit and everytime I go in there, the customer that is being helped in front of me always has some kind of issue that seems like is taking forever. There is always only one teller and I'm always having to wait. Today I just left because there was one more person ahead of me. Very poor customer service. Would love to remove myself from this bank very shortly.

me and my mom went to this bank in North Fort Myers and Robin helped us multiple times! if you have the time come over to this bank and see Robin! She is absolutely amazing and does everything she can to help you in the best ways!!

I opened a account with Regions and with the Representative Amanda ( Manda) at this location & She was very helpful. Her customer service goes above and beyond expectations and I will forever be a regions customer because of her. Thank you Amanda for everything and making my visit a smooth and easy one. I really appreciate everything you helped me with and you where very patient and Informative.

IF YOU WANT YOUR FINANCES RUINED, BANK HERE! I have banked with regions for over 4 years. November 2021 I go to deposit funds in the atm and it eats my card. I’m rushing so I’ll deal with it later. I ended up going back the first week in December due to just having a new baby and the teller says they took my card because they sent out another (without my knowledge). Leaving the house is difficult so I called to get another card sent because the branch doesn’t print cards and I spoke with 7 people just to be told they NEVER SENT OUT ANY CARD TO BEGIN WITH!! So they took my card that was working perfectly fine, didn’t send me a replacement and told me to wait 5-7 business days for this IMAGINARY CARD in the mail but they could expedite it for $25!! Here we are in February 2022. I got my card because I had my sister take me to another branch to get it printed But I went to deposit a check Saturday morning and was told the funds would be available Monday morning. Monday morning nothing….I said ok I’ll wait till Tuesday…Tuesday morning my account says they are holding the check for 8 days!! I have bills that will now be late!! I chat with some cold agent who says in order to get the hold removed I have to go back to the branch!!! I’m High risk for Covid complications, I have a toddler, a newborn and no vehicle. Regions does not care about their customers. I’m going to find a way to this branch and shut my account today and will post on every single forum I can about this nightmare bank because I left out SOO many details about the disgusting customer service! DON’T BANK HERE!!!

I understand fraud alerts however they've issued FOUR cards in a week and none will activate. There's always an excuse. I've even gone into the branch and they blocked the card within 5 minutes. It seems like departments don't put notes in for each other.

Every employee in this branch was very polite. Extremely helpful . And they were non stop acknowledging my daughter and interacting with her . I can't get over how well my dragster and I were treated at this branch . Thank you everyone for your kindness and for your hard work . I appreciate you all very much and I will be coming back to this branch specifically!Thank you very much.
