This location is horrible if you drive a bigger vehicle and only want to go to an ATM. They have no wall mounted external ATM. Other than the drive through and if you drive a Dooley. Or any type of Somewhat wider vehicle than a compact suv You take the risk of hitting some corner of your vehicle.

Horrible customer service. No one cares. Limited communication about processes. I have completely closed all my accounts. When I went to do this, no one even cared to ask why or say sorry to see you go- literally didn't care. As evidenced by staff's behavior, lack of leadership, and overall apathy towards customers demonstrates staff are there to put in their hours and collect a paycheck- they don't care about the outcome or quality. Staff involved in this experience today were Bailey Obryan and Becky Messix.

I do not recommend banking here. Very unprofessional management and staff. Not helpful at all. No customer service skills. Everything changed once they merged BBT and SunTrust. Absolutely horrible.

Always a big line and staff is just walking around .. laughing and eating . Making coffee .. office looks bad . Very inefficient bank and it’s staff .

I cash checks wkly for work and I for the life of me.. can’t figure out why there are ALWAYS 3 tellers inside; but only two seem to be working while 2 others are walking around behind them laughing and giggling; and there’s 7-8 people waiting in line for a teller. For some reason it always takes 10 min or longer just to cash a check and we can all do without the attitude from most of these “ladies”

What a bank that doesn't show professional. Their service hours show they close at 1pm on Saturdays. When I arrived at 12:02pm they were closed and didn't provide service. The person said they were closed at 12pm and couldn't allow no one in. I showed them the information they had in Google. The answer was that it was not their problem.

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. They are constantly short on tellers. Plus, the tellers they DO have are very slow. I come here on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for my work, and every single time I come there is a line almost to the door. As I wait, I hear customers complaining about it. They could care less about the line, they are so slow. One teller tries to be friendly, but she rambles, and is still so very slow. The teller that still wears her mask has got to be the slowest. Plus, she can be rude at times. I would NOT recommend this branch.

Very bad service just left the bank. 25 min in line and I finally left. 2:00 to 2:25. Won’t ever go there again.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a bank! I just switched my direct deposit to go to Bank of America! As soon as you walk in this out dated nasty building, you are faced with about 4 tellers, only 2 are actually helping people. As you stand in a long line watching, you notice the young black guy rolling his eyes at almost every customer, the older black lady mumbling talking bad about customers to the young man, the Spanish wemon there are about useless, so besides the wonderful personalities that this staff has, they never have change, there's always and issue, or they just flat out can't do their jobs. I hope to God I never gave too step foot in this ghetto bank again! And with staff and their money shortages they won't be in business long!

Want to particularly congratulate Mr Josh on being so patient , kind and compassionate , the bank just merged and I was having trouble with the online banking , he went above and beyond in helping me , super awesome , knowledgeable , I was overwhelmed figuring stuff out and he patiently guided me and made sure I had everything all figured out, he deserves a promotion in my opinion

There is no honor amongst thief's. I got a check issued by Wells Fargo which has a branch in the same mall. There is no excuse for a two week administrative hold before the money is accessible.
