Employees never look happy ! I use this location many times. They don’t greet you when you walk up to the desk. I feel like they want me to go away.

Even though Amazon lets you return things here for free, this store Always charges something for the free return. This has happened the last 4 times I went there.

I have been using this UPS store for a few years for my Amazon returns. It's always gone well. From the reviews here I understand that the owner was Lissa. When Amazon doesn't include a QR code for the store to scan Amazon says to print out a label. Since I don't have a printer connected to my phone, a store employee would tell me to email them the label and they would print the one page at no charge.I was quite surprised recently when I was going to email the store a label to print when a man I had never seen there before told me that it would cost $2.40. When I mentioned that it had never cost anything, he told me that that had changed the previous day.So I took my product and asked a friend to print the label for me.Yesterday I returned to the UPS Store with the product to be returned and the printed label. A man who I had never seen there before scanned the printed label and gave me a receipt. He was then told by the man who had wanted to charge me $2.40 to print a label that the product needed to be packed in an additional box if a label needed to be attached. So once again I left with my product.In these past few encounters I haven't seen Lissa nor any of the other people who have served me during the past few years. I'm wondering if the man who I have encountered twice directing things differently is a new owner and fired all of the previous good employees. If so, I would most definitely say that Lissa was more focused on providing great customer service. I'm going to check other UPS Stores to see if their service is better.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Used to be great but now awful. They make Amazon returns a hassle and charge for every little thing. Due to this I will never go back here again with my business. I have a small business and do more besides returns but won’t go back out of principal. Such a shame as this location was top notch prior.

Went to drop off a few packages and was told I can only drop off “1 or 2”. As a business owner who sends off hundreds of packages a week, I’ve never encountered this. To the owner, if you’re not making money it’s because your employees are turning down packages.

On Wednesday 8/23 I went to drop off a package. Jay processed it for me and did I great job. I wanted to give commendation and Lissa, the owner was there working behind the counter as well. An excellent UPS Store. My husband had been there the week before to process an Amazon return so when I had to go to UPS he told me to go to this particular store. ?

There is one lady here who seems to be propping up the entire store with her hard work and dilligence. I learned this in a 2 minute experience where she dealt with my package quickly while helping other agents at the same time. I suggest ownership give this person a raise if they want this location to continue to operate effectively.

Liza and Chelsea took care of an issue I had with a damaged package in a timely manner. It’s a busy store, probably due to the great service. Understandable why everyone goes there for their shipping needs. Also the staff are always helpful and pleasant. Thank you!

Very busy location for only two people and a manager that pops in when really crowded. But they move everyone through quickly and efficiently.

I literally drove here past two closer UPS stores to my home because of the rave reviews and this location did not disappoint. Lissa and the rest of the team handled a thousand of us waiting until the last minute to return all our holiday Amazon purchases calmly and efficiently. I will always return here for my UPS needs.
