The pharmacy keeps you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time which would be understandable up to a point if they weren’t so rude about it. They pick up only to abruptly put you back on hold repeatedly over and over and over again. Sucks this is the closest pharmacy I have to work with…

My doctor called in a script for this medication the 18th of december, the insurance company approved it on the 21st of December and it is now the 30th of the month and I just got an emergency supply approved by the manager for 30 pills because of the mix-up the weird thing is is that I only seem to have a problem at this particular Walgreens with this particular script and the problems have been occurring over the course of the last year at least three to four times that I can think of. And it is sad because I would love to give this store a five-star review because I really enjoy and care about a lot of the people at this store but I can truly say that their pharmacy is totally jacked up and needs a revamping badly period. There is absolutely no way that a customer should have to wait from the 21st of December to the 30th of December and the script still is not in the store and you have to get a script from another store a partial script because you can't seem to get it right. Again I reiterate I wish that I could give a flying five-star review. Which tells you that my complaint truly is a legitimate one. I even had to call corporate. Not a happy camper. As this medication is a medication that I am not supposed to be off of under any circumstance ever. I was told by the pharmacist to notify them a week prior to running out of the script so that they can make sure they have it in in time, keeping in mind that at Walgreens it takes only up to 2 to 3 days to get a script in when ordered unless it is on back order which this medication was not on back order, I was told by Stephanie yesterday when I came to pick up the script which they told me would be in on Saturday that it was on backorder. I called the store manager and of course I found out that that was yet another lie this is not dealing with customers in a professional manner on any level. I worked at this store for 5 years and not once ever seen any of the problems that they are having now. The reason why I waited so long to tell the head store manager over the course of the last year is because I do care about her and I hold her in a high regard. So I handled it through the pharmacy the department that was making the mistakes in the first place, but unfortunately this time I had to take it to the head store boss, Liz Schweitzer the head store boss is handling it in a professional manner something to which I cannot say that her pharmacy handles anything these days in regards to a professional manner. It should not be this difficult to get a single script from a pharmacy and when it becomes this difficult it makes you want to switch to a different pharmacy, the only reason why I have held out as long as I have is because like I said I value the people that are in this store most of them and care for them and I want to see my business through my insurance company going into their pocketbooks rather someone else's. I just wish that I was appreciated as a customer the way that I appreciate them as employees of Walgreens corporation food for thought people huh food for thought...

I've had good experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy.other than one day there was confusion behind the counter about my pick up day .my script is 30 day supply. It was filled when the pharmacist looked at the dates I've used Walgreens for many years that was only issue Thank you to the staff for being there

After a disappointing encounter at another Walgreens just 4 minutes away, where the service was notably poor and unaccommodating, visiting this Walgreens was a breath of fresh air. The two women working here were incredibly helpful and nice, contrasting sharply with the previous experience. They were attentive, answered all our questions with patience, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, specifically for the passport photo service we sought.

Consistently longer lines than local CVS and Publix drive through. They also Consistently forget to order and fill my prescriptions. The amount of times I've been told come back in 2 days, repeatedly, is insane. They're incompetent. Plain and simple.

Good luck trying to get a hold of the pharmacy. Constantly on hold just for someone to answer then hang up forcing you to have to go through the hold times again.

Best pharmacy ever! They are so kind, diligent, and helpful. They are very caring with their patients and they explain new medications to us in full detail! They are always happy to go the extra mile for their patients and they do it with a smile on their face!

If i have my hands full and need to put my receipt in my bag and put my phone in my pocket so no one steals it, i don’t need the cashier to tell me i need to help my grandmother getting soda on the counter. YOU CAN WAIT! I literally just finished my purchase, i don’t appreciate being treated as if I’m negligent for simply needing to gather myself and put my stuff away. If you have eyes you can see that i don’t have 4 arms to do everything at once. If my phone had been stolen it would be your fault.

Very clean, well stocked. Plenty of staff to help. Very comfortable temperatures. Nice sitting area for prescriptions. Staff polite and professional. Kind of difficult to enter and leave if you are not familiar. Once you've been there, it's much easier.

The pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and not patient with customer questions. However, they are patient one refilling your medicine or when you are waiting in the drive-through. Prepare to wait at least 15-40 minutes to get your prescription. I received a call from Walgreens saying my prescription was ready and then when I got there, I still had to wait 20 minutes waiting for it to be filled.
