a gentleman (black) walks in behind me. A Hispanic man is in front of me in line and a black woman in front of him....
Cashier(black male) helps the woman.... SKIPS the Hispanic man and helps the black customer BEHIND ME who needed lotto....
I'm confused now, i asked the Hispanic guy ahead of me what is he waiting on? Like why was he skipped?
He says he's waiting for lotto? But cashier skipped him to give the last customer lotto first?
I love black people sticking together but that's some bullshit. Help customers in order not by skin preference... rude

The gas pump deliver the gas very slowly, may be at 30% speed, may be for sure it's damaged.

Stay away from the store the store manager, or the one who likes to play. The store manager likes to steal from her customers. I went in with my daughter or she’s racist because I went in with my daughter brought my own 7-Eleven cup, and she tried to charge me $.50 then I got coffee and extra creamers and she tried to charge me $.45 for a coffee cup $.10 per creamer. She said in total I old her nine dollars I told her I have never went through this I want to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager, and if I cannot afford to pay it, don’t come back to her store

I went there this morning manager attitude was so stink. They do not have any manners or respect for their customers. If I had done something to offend her I would understand but they just called her to do a cashapp add and her impatient attitude because she stood there for a minute for me to find the barcode she just walked off not acknowledging me. So I said to the rep at the front I will go somewhere else because her attitude is so stink and it is too early for people like that to be bringing negative energy into a business establishment. Give the respect you want to receive!

I am giving them a 0 star because they were not professional. My husband paid for a $14 wash and the machine stop randomly in the shampoo step, so he went inside and spoke to the bald guy about the issue. The bald guy gave him a basic ticket of $9 instead of a $14 wash. So there was about a $5 dollar difference, and my husband told him that clearly the information on the ticket was wrong. He lied and said that even if it says basic wash it the car wash would give us an ultimate wash. He lied! We went and we only got the basic wash. When my husband saw that, he went back inside the store and asked for the difference. The bald guy was rude and said that it was the system and he did not even give back the refund. Where did the difference go? That was unfair and it is also call stealing paying for a service and not getting the refund or the difference. It is always good as long as it is not their money. God will know what to do with people who are sleazy like that. The service was trash. The guy was not honest at all. This is stealing. He also told my husband to come tomorrow to speak to the manager but when my husband asked if he will be there himself, he said that he would not be working. So smart of him.

The lady is very nice. The machine is not working. She is trying to fix it even no customers. Some other gas station they are not trying to fix mistakes.

I love 7-Eleven they have microwaves for me to warm up my home made lunch when I work on the road. Employees are always nice.

Lesson learned never buy anything from this store. The employees are some of the rudest people on earth. The pumps are lousy at best. If you like to be mistreated by the employees. This is the place for you. I will get my Mobil gasoline elsewhere, but never again at this 7-Eleven.
