My kids have been dying to try this place because of the review they have seen on social media. They attempted to place an order a week ago but entered the store a bit too late to order. My daughter asked for the operating hours with the hopes of going back. They were told that the store closes at 8 pm. We attempted to go back again tonight 03/06/2025 at 7:30 pm and was turned away again because they claimed they were “closed”! I am assuming that they did not want our business. I called the phone number I found on Google to find out why they were turned away and the male individual that answered said “hello”! I had to ask if I called a business of personal phone number? I asked if this was Exprezo and said yes! Never will I patronize this company ever. If you say you close at 8, then you should be willing and capable to take orders up until that point. We will take our money elsewhere sir!!

Excellent service especially on mornings when the cafeteria is literally super full of people, friendly and quality attention from all the staff, special mention for ROXANA (the welcoming smile) and Rodrigo for their politeness when serving…. Good team 💪🏽
