Been to this Cricket store twice. Each time I got ripped off. The first time, they didn't refund me for the cover of the new phone that I returned because I didn't't have the hard copy of the receipt. The second time they did not refund the $25 upgrade fee even if I just got the phone on that day but found out that I had to manually transfer one by one all my contacts from my old android phone to the iPhone which the sales girl did not tell me. She insisted that I pay first before even showing me the phone. No wonder there was no other customer there. The only other person there was her creepy looking boyfriend waiting for her to eat lunch with him. Each time it feels like being robbed!
