First off it’s under new management so I figured I would give them another chance. The last time I went to this place was years when I first moved in the area & it was okay. I stopped going there last time because when I went to do my nails 2 nail techs were arguing on the floor over money. It was super uncomfortable especially since one of them was doing my nails. So I decided to give them a try again. Well this time the experience was again HORRIBLE. While I was getting my nails done my nail tech was on FaceTime the entire session with someone else. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT! Also I got dipped nails. Instead of dipping your hands in the powder they lay it over your nails like acrylic which I thought was VERY strange but was like maybe it’s more sanitary. Well it’s less than a week (5 days exactly) and 4 out of 10 nails are cracked down the middle. It hasn’t even been A WEEK! Also the nail tech was sloppy. She didn’t clean around my nails so dip adhesive was all over my skin and cuticles. I had to go to the sink to scrub off all the access residue I could possibly scrub off. After someone notice what I was doing they advised her to take acetone & remove it around the nail beds. For the experience I received, I won’t ever come back.

I rated them a 1 star because I went to have my nails and feet done and the guy that did my nails did not have no personality but he did ok but this is why I won't go back this lady that did my feet ..while she was doing my feet stopped and put her finger all the way in her nose and then wanted to continue doing my feet mind u she did not have on any gloves so I stopped her as I watch her about to continue to do my feet and told her to please get up and go wash her hands before she touch my feet and she act as if she did not hear me so I moved my feet and told her loudly get up and wash your hands you just finished putting your entire hand in your nose.Then she got up and washed her hands ....I have not been back since.....Just NASTY......PLEASE YALL SPEAK UP IF U SEE SOMETHING THAT U KNOW Ain't RIGHT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT.....

Went in & asked for a simple design on a refill/pedi. Gentleman servicing me sat down bit even acknowledging me until I spoke to him. Just took my hand & began working on removing the gel. I asked for a design by a pic I showed him & was told he would try. Only to leave with no design & once finished he didn’t send me to a pedi chair. So I left with no pedi, felt rushed out.

I went back to this nail salon after a few years because I needed to get my nails done at the last minute. I was highly dissatisfied with the previous owners so I stopped giving them my business. This nail salon has been under new management for about a year and the service and new staff are great. I'm truly satisfied and wil return.Services: Manicure

Stay away from this place, they are using unsanitary tools on customers, the last time I went a month ago I have been having pain in my toe since I went to the podiatrist after she removed the polish from my two big toes one nail is green, I was told I have a bacterial infectionServices: Pedicure

3 rd time problem1 st time ever tried lashes . Lady put on individual extension went home burning poking me in my eye. Painful went back in the other lady. Fixed it made them very nice..Go back to get them done again she puts whole lashes glues them on look uneven . Not good . 8 2as in a rush had to go . I get home realized she ripped me off charged me 84.00 for them were not extensions they were whole lash. It came off . I called they were rsaying bring reciept fix it. Go back today to get my nails done peticure, lashes fixed lady was on vacation no lashes . The women who ripped me off 2as verbally abusive. I get up to register very happy with my nails go to pay come to see sgainrip off charged .e 38gor peticure ? I ask why he says vel Gel who asked for Gel? See 10 extra never asked for Garl. 93.00 dollars Really rip off over charged again .I call hung up on me !!! Beware Ripoff cheaters

Absolutely horrible!! If I could rate it zero stars I would. I came in here for my eyebrows to be waxed and the man who did it, I don’t know his name but he wears glasses and he did an absolutely horrible job!! He literally waxed off the arch of one of my eyebrows and the other one came out too thin. I told him to make one of them the same size and he couldn’t even do that. Now everyday I have to fill in my eyebrows and waste time because he simply didn’t know what he was doing!!! Please please do not get your eyebrows done by him! I regret coming here!!!Service: Waxing

Please don't waste your time doing here even if the service was free. First off the owner is rude and when i showed him what i wanted he flat out said no can't do it choose something else then when i showed him another design he laughed as if it was going on his nails! the girl that did my pedi must of been in training or something because she definitely cut my toe skin and it started bleeding. my gel pedi chipped that same night! i just paid and went elsewhere to do my mani. this place is a mess and absolute worst DO NOT GO!

Not blacked owned. Let's start there. I have in grown,went just for that, sat in the chair got the owner. I have never liked her bc she does the worst job. She rushes ,just to get you out the chair. Pulling on my toes to move my feet. Well long story short never took care of the ingrown nail even when told several times. Don't go.Service: Pedicure

While at D’Amour Nails, the technician Anna was very rough with my hands. I told her she was being rough and my hands are not puppet’s hands. I’m not sure if she did not hear or understand me. She continued to handle my hands roughly. While I was washing my hands, the same nail tech decided to change the towel rack beside me, leaving the rack out. As I went to walk back to my seat, the open towel rack scratched my leg. When I brought this to her attention, she began laughing. The black polish that she put on my nails wasn’t polished on the sides. I asked her to polish the sides. A different nail tech polished my nails to get the sides. This layer however did not dry completely and ended up peeling off my nails the same night. The black girl, Unique, I believe her name is, did help me when my purse and water fell on the floor. Great customer service. The young lady who serviced both my son and I did an excellent job. Anyone who can make my autistic son be at ease will definitely see me again!!
