Why do consumers have to wait for a refund when they mess up? If they don't have product available they should be able to refund at store instead of the nonsense of the app that doesn't even have representatives to assist. I have to wait 2 business days for a representative to contact me about a refund that this location couldn't fulfill. This place doesn't even deserve a star but it made me put something. Also, the coffee tastes gross like melted plastic and it's an iced coffee. Get better customer service, have someone that knows how to order supplies and expand the knowledge of your employees. Do better.

Terrible. I swear the workers WANT to fight ? Constantly messes up orders and then the workers give you major attitude and argue with you when they have to fix it. Ordered frozen coffee, was handed a hot coffee and then given attitude when i confirmed what my correct order actually was. Ordered oatmilk and it wasn't labeled so I drove back to have them remake it. They refused and argued with me. I just threw the coffee away and left. Another location will get my $$

Fun staff can really mess up as long as they have liquid sugar and not severing sugar granules in the bottom of cups.

Used to be one of My fave coffee shop.Whenever they make my latte right it leaves me wanting to go back for more. But lately I’ve been unsatisfied with the flavor. I don’t know if they’re rushing but they’re adding more milk then the flavor. I’m so disappointed I’m just going to try another spot.1 year update: each time I order coffee it always taste like water and milk. I’m no longer frequenting this place.1year update: it’s 2024 and you all still can’t get my order right

Decided to stop at this location as always disappointed. Once i reached my office opened my bag tried to eat my bagel it was by far the hardest bagel created on earth. Multigrain lightly toasted with light butter and light cream cheese. I do believe if i had vampire teeth i still couldnt bite through that bread. I tried calling store but of course no answer. This location really needs to do better. I literally have to ride on the other of commerical and university to receive great product. When this location is close to my job its crazy and annoying. Also the side of bacon was burnt..Thank god my latte was okay.. Waste of 12 dollars and change.

the service was awful the donut was stale coffe was good can't get over how rude the two girls were, the one didnt put the lid on my coffee on and I got burnt as it spilt all over if I could rate a minus ten that's what it would be don't go there go to Wawa next better donuts nice staff

So if a customer asked for EXTRA ICE, you should give it to them. Rather than give an explanation, they would get less of the beverage, but how would they not know that already. Do they look dumb? Along with the fact you should stay off of your phone and actually give customer service.

I walked into this location yesterday to pick up my mobile order. I could see that my order was ready however, I did not want to just grab it and walk out, as I like to let the representatives know that it's me and I am taking it. Three women literally acted as if they did not see me, as if I was not standing there. As if I were invisible. One was mopping, the other was at the window, but no customer was at the window at the time, the other one was just standing behind the counter. I said hello a few times and no one reply. So I shouted hello and they all looked up and I said I am taking this. The girl with the mop said "OK and...?" These employees do not represent the franchise well at all. I get that people have bad days, but all three of them, having a bad day, and maintaining that same attitude? A simple hello how may I help you would have been great. I'm not going around looking for people to greet me in delight, however, when I walk to the counter, and three employees are present, I expect at least one to see what I am there for. This is just crazy. The coffee was usual.

I went to buy ice cream at kaskin Robbins. I am not use to the menu and the flavors for the ice cream are not posted. I kindly ask the gentleman at drive through for the flavor. Je told me that they have all the flavors. I told him that I am not familiar to their ice cream if he could help me with some names. A woman by the name of Nay yelled at the speaker “why don’t you go to the website to to get the flavors!” I was shocked. I told her that I don’t think she was addressing me. When I pulled up to the window I paid for my ice cream and I asked the gentleman to give me the manager’s phone number and the name of the lady who was rude to me. He went to the back and came back 5 minutes later with a piece of napkin with a phone number that is not working. When I asked him for the lady’s name he told me Nay. I tried to reach the manager by the name of Amanda he told me, the phone number is not working. I find the service very poor. I will not go back .

I would give them 0 stars if I could, their dirty!! Literally watched a worker rinse a cup thats been sitting with coffee and try to make my drink in it!! Instead of getting a new cup!! I was baffled, not to mention my donut was rock

Guys I'm sorry but I visited DD for one of there Mango Refreshers. The drink was horrible. I dont understand how they advertise a drink but do not know how to make it. I ended up throwing it out.
