Jaelen is very helpful and knowledgeable about this facility’s units and its ins and outs of the daily operations. On top of that she greets you with a warm smile and her personality is very welcoming. Love her professionalism. Thank you so much for helping me pick out a unit that was suitable for me.
Also, I want to thank the gentleman that made my experience great at this location off of W McNab Rd in North Lauderdale. I forgot the gentleman’s name but I didn’t forget how nice he was. His professionalism and patience helped me out a lot with getting into a new unit. Thank you!
