I came in for an oil change and they told me it would be about 2 hours. After 2 and a half hours they had not even started on my vehicle. Unhelpful and unfriendly customer service and not a great experience.

Normally wouldn’t bother but when it’s a safety issue a store needs to be aware. Had four tires and and alignment done here. When I was driving it home I noticed my tire pressures were very wrong, low on one side. High on the other. Went to fill up the low tires at a gas station, and my Tpms shows the wrong tires filling up. So they incorrectly filled the tires and didn’t reprogram the tpms to match the wheel location. Even Walmart gets this stuff right. Minimum I expect when tires are changed is the correct pressures and tpms reset. Can’t mess around with that stuff when I have kids in the car.

Had a great experience here, so I came back to write a 5* review. I had come into Firestone early on Saturday around 730am. I had left for a road-trip and ran into car trouble while it was flash flooding rain outside. Firestone was the only place open before 8am so I stopped in there without notice. I was unfamiliar with the area and had never been there before.Well, Alex really delivered and helped me get the problem resolved and get back on the road within an hour. I was able to complete the road-trip as planned because of the quick and successful job done by Alex and crew. Outstanding! Thank you so much!

Took my car here after I was in an accident. I wanted to make sure everything was running well especially after an incident. They lifted the car to tell me it was body work and there was nothing they could do. They let me leave with a slash in my tire. Never even noted that not one but TWO tires needed replacement. Disgusted by the service here. Let's also mention all 4 of my tires are Firestone tires under warranty. This should have been noted and mentioned.

As always, DeShawn was very courteous, friendly, honest, and professional. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. The only reason I did not give it 5 and it took 8 hours for the service to be completed. I would have expected a bit less time.

Tire had a flat, and they patched it. Took about 45 minutes. Time was pretty good compared to other places.

On Thursday October 5, 2023, I contacted several Firestone shops to see what the best price was for an oil change. I was quite surprised and amazed when the shop at - 1387 S STATE ROAD 7, NORTH LAUDERDALE, FL., said that I would get 50% off if I used my Firestone card. I said, wow or something similar, confirmed the price ($65) and was told that they had a special deal right now. I said that I would be there before they opened on Saturday morning. I thought that $65 was not half of the usual price, but still was quite a discount. When they opened the doors, I was first in line. They had my appointment on file and I commented that that was quite a deal that they were offering, the 50% off and the tech said that's for first time applicants for the card. I just looked at him, dumb founded but sort of stuck as I had an important business trip on Monday and needed my car serviced. I thought that perhaps there would be an adjustment but when the invoice appeared in my email it was for $91, the usual discounted price. I waited until the service was complete and when I was claled up, I asked if there was going to be an adjustment made on my bill. The tech/manager? said, What do you mean? I explained that when I booked the appointment I was told it would be %0 offf. He interrupted and said that, that was for new applicants. He asked if I had my card. I pointed out to him that my service info and history were visible when I made the appointment and that I had been using my card many years. I told him that I thought that it was (my bad) bull***t that they offered one price and then get the customer in the door and it's different. I told him that I had called several stores because the prices are all slightly different and was surprised by the offer. He tossed my keys at me on the counter and told me to take my car and get out. He then said not to come back and if he sees me again we would have a problem. I explained to him that I worked in law enforcement and if he needed to call someone, that he could go ahead. I also shared that I would share my experience online and left the store. In my entire life I have only filed 3 complaints online for service. Threatening a customer? Not owning the communication from the employee? Not making it right? The single most disappointing customer service experience I have ever had. It's not about the price - it was standard - it's about keeping your word or at least trying to understand making things right if there is a mix up. As I sit here at home, I think their issuing me a new chip card might have confused the person I scheduled the appointment with. It is the only conclusion (and most generous interpretation) that I can come up with. Regardless - other than in a normal tone of voice, but inappropriately saying b.s. (didn't help matters), I was not loud, threatening, or uncooperative. I just wanted to be treated fairly and like a valued customer.

As always, DeShawn was very courteous, friendly, honest, and professional. Went for an oil change and tire rotation. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I had an appointment for 4pm and it took 2 hours for the service to be completed. I would have expected a bit less time having an appointment and all.

no star, even though i checked 1 star, i went to do oil an change, they said that i needed to replace the back brake pads, i said that i did not have the money yet, went home check to see if i really need pads ,they stripped 4 of my lug nut stud and left 1 of them off. i tried to removed the nuts from the stripped ones and the broke off. Now i have to pay some one to replace the studs and the brake because i am not going there anymore. guess what the pads are good. i believe that they did this on purpose. go somewhere else. run from themServices: Tires

Went in for an oil change. They called and said I needed a battery. I said ok. Upon picking up my car, the person I dealt with me was very rude. Didn't know where they parked my car, he shrugged his shoulders. Had to look around the plaza to find it. I'm not sure they put a brand new battery in as I paid for. Left my car filthy with black grease everywhere.
