I sign up for Home Depot specials and offers by email and recently I went to check out their specials on closet organizers. They have probably the best selection around and their prices are very competitive. The store was very neat and clean, the shelves well stocked and the different departments full of inventory.I liked my experience here, no issues whatsover.

This Home Depot has some racist as workers! Let's just start by the fact that everything on this Home Depot is unorganized, second you ask people for help and they don't have any idea on where the items are! As I was paying I had two problems first the girl on the front decided to come an check on my purchase said that I had missed item on my car and afterwards told me (ohh no) afterwards another lady came an told me that my payment didn't go through so i when back and there was my receipt PAID! only problem was being Hispanic!

First time shopper here, first the appearance of the location is clean, the people are pleasant, but hard to find assistance. I am 5ft female and trying to load up a tub, call for assistance 2x no body came to assist to get the tub off the shelf as well as get the tub on my vehicle. Unfortunately they informed that it's one person and the male cashiers are not allowed to leave their post. So f I was suggest anything it'll be to have 2 male cashiers and have one that is allowed to step out and assist if it is to load 1-2 items. Dry wall was done by my brute strength.

The store is very close to the houses in North Lauderdale and is very convenient. I did have an issue yesterday when I tried to purchase a dishwasher. I called the store 5 times and could not get any help. I had picked out a model that I wanted to buy, but could not get any help, so I had to go elsewhere. They really need to have more people working on the sales floor. Thanks

So we went to in to pick up a few items at this particular Home Depot location. They had one line open, which was long with probably 15 to 20 people in it. The alternative was to self check out which had about 30 people in that line. People are so screwed up we're trying to figure out how to check the items out that they needed not one but for Home Depot employees to assist them to check out. I know this isn't rocket science, but how about open a couple lines up since you're gonna be checking people out anyway? Remember the days when we used to have a good management that had good skill sets and knew how to run a crew? Those guys don't work at Home Depot.

The only person with any sense of urgency or niceness was Jamilia the cashier. The rest of the staff could care less if you were there. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT!! Horrible customer service. I need a price of wood cut I asked 5 different employees waited over 30 mins when some one finally sauntered up at a snails pace and I told them what I needed cut they said they couldn't do that type of cut. Why didn't the first 5 people tell me that instead of wasting my time. Used to shop here all the time now I will go to the one in Coral Springs even though it's farther.

HOME DEPOT'S CONTRACTED INSTALLERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND LIE! I ordered a dishwasher online and paid for parts needed for my new dishwasher, installation and haul off. The new dishwasher was delivered and was supposed to be installed. The installer looked under my sink and told me that they would have to send a plumber to replace my old valve because it was old and rusted. They made another appointment and when they called, I was told that the plumber was going to install the new dishwasher as well. After he changed the valve, he took the bottom panels off and told me that he could not install the new one because the old one was "tiled in" and that I need to hire a handyman to remove the old dishwasher because the ONLY way it would come out is if I broke out the floor tile, lifted the counter top or broke out the old dishwasher. He didn't even see if there was a way to lower it. He took pictures and told me that he was going to let Home Depot know why HE couldn't take out the old one. I called Home Depot and rescheduled another appointment and when the installers showed up, they literally picked up the 5ft cord that I purchased to install the new one and said that it wasn't long enough and that they were not allowed to install the new one with a longer cord. I knew that the power cord was long enough because the outlet was right next to the dishwasher under the sink. I called the Home Depot store and they wanted to charge me an extra $60 to install it with the longer power cord. I was not about to fall for this lie. After 3 different installers coming with one excuse after another as to why they can't install it, I hired a handyman to come and take out the old dishwasher and install the new one. The handyman I hired was able to literally take out the old dishwasher by simply loosening a few screws at the bottom and VERY EASILY pulled the old dishwasher out without even coming close to damaging my tile or counter top. When he turned the water valve off to install the new dishwasher, he had to put a pot under the sink to catch the water that was leaking from the valve that Home Depot was supposed to fix. He was also able to install the new dishwasher with the 5ft power cord that the Home Depot installers said was too short. He even said that a 3ft cord was long enough. I'm am extremely disappointed with the contractors. The handyman I hired literally removed the old dishwasher, took the new one out of the box and installed it in less than an hour. I don't know if they think that I'm just a stupid disabled woman that they could take advantage of. Well... I'm not! Be ware of these guys and their lies. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Needless to say, I'll not be doing any business with them again. Now I'm waiting for Home Depot to refund my money for installation and haul off which is going to take 7-10 business days. The store I called was the one in Coral Springs on University Drive.

Finally a Home Depot that let me down. I say this as I have been to many different ones of late(new home owner), and they have all been very very good. But then I stopped in to this one. I was heading south on 441 and there was a couple things I needed to get right away for the back yard and bathroom projects. As compared to other locations, it felt understaffed. I was not confident I would find the small valve I needed easily so I looked for someone to ask. For the first time, possibly ever at a Home Depot, I couldn't seem to find anyone. I looked in both the plumbing aisles, no one. I checked the adjacent aisles and couldn't find a soul either. My handyman had sent me a link so I knew what item to get. I clicked on the link and the home depot site came up with the item. Here's the kooky part. The website knew my location, thereby it knew what store I was in. it had a pop up on the bottom of the page that told me what aisle, and what bay to find the item in! So the store, not the best. But I did learn a interesting feature with Home Depot.
