Went to the store to pay a bill and add a line, customer service was excellent from the time I walked through the doors, from both employees, I was greeted with a smile and they got right to work, will be returning to this store from now on. Thank ya'll for the outstanding service.

Maybe this guy should learn how to handle customers not get a look on his face like he doesn't want to deal with anyone when they walk in get a new job this one is not fit for you. It's called customer service for a reason.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It’s very unprofessional to STEREOTYPE someone’s VERY WELL MANNERED SON AS IF HE’S COMING IN TO COMMIT A CRIME WHEN HE WAS JUST TRYING TO PAY A PHONE BILL FOR A SERVICE IVE HAD FOR MY YOUNGER SON FOR MANY YRS NOW AND NEVER KNEW THE LAST NAME WAS INCORRECT ON MY ACCT!! WHY?? Because I never was asked when paying the bill only was asked the phone number at any metro store including THERE!! HE WAS BEING VERY NASTY TO MY CHILD HAD MY SON BEEN A THUG OR WHATEVER HE STEREOTYPED HIM FOR THINGS PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT YOU CAN NOT BE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD WITH THAT DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND MIND SET!!! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE MY SON RECEIVED FROM HIM!!

I went into this location and bought my son a phone. Now seeing that I already felt like the person selling me the phone was trying to win over because the taxes was no way as expensive. My son had his phone for less that a month and it began to have lcd green lines coming through the screen. I went to the store in a Friday but was told that she wouldn’t be able to deal with it but return on Monday and he will help. No problem. I returned not even that Monday but that Tuesday because I was busy and the service was fine. It wasn’t until I came back to pick out the phone the problem occur. Here you have it ABDUL the person running the store proceeded to tell me in order to get my sons phone that I was already reassure would be an equal exchange is $26 dollars. I asked him why was I paying $26 dollars. Just basically saying I just have too. Then proceeded to tell me I have to pay my bill first for him to activate the phone. After him trying to demand me to do what he wants me to do, I proceeded to tell him just give me my sons phone back with the casing and I will deal with metro cooperate. This is the worst service I have ever experience with METRO PCS. He was rude and nasty and demanaded I should do as he wanted. I don’t know what type associates you guys are hiring but that attitude and display of manners and business when someone has spent their hard earn money is poor and tasteless. And I will be taking this to cooperate with you expeditiously.

He told me if that's what I'm going to charge you. . For me, he was robbed on sight. I told him, give me my 20 dollars because I'd better get out of here. I asked him 3 times. In the end he gave them to me and I ran out ♂️ ? from there. for another better store

Sean, was able to help my daughter with the problem because the other metro pcs store (fort lauderdale) where we bought the phone originally didn't bother to help us at all, even go as trying to scam us. Sean the manager here was great.???
