We purchased the Atlantic Salmon 1lb and got only 3 small pieces in the bag which is supposed to feed 4 people. I understand everything is going up and being cut back in quantity but this is ridiculous. Please look at the pictures and form your own opinion. We will never purchase anything else from this establishment again!!

This Walmart is the dirtiest Walmart in South Florida. The manager is no where to be found. Expired by date products in the meat department are abundant today and complaining doesn't help. I watched for 15 minutes and no employee came by to remove expired product. Same thing in the fresh produce area. This store is notorious for sloppiness, garbage, and employees who don't give a damn. There are several Walmart Supercenters in South Florida within just a few miles of this disaster of a store.

We don't go to the darned youchekoutyourself machines because they replace humans for jobs. We went there Early Friday and they refused to offer a check out person, rather than the $%^% machines. My hubby was ready to leave all the groceries and walk out, but I convinced him that we needed what we had in our carts. Going to the damn machines, They weren't working correctly and FOR THE WHOLE STORE, they only had one employee helping at those machines, and she didn't give a S about helping! We USED to like this place, but from now on we are going to go to another one in Margate.

Every time I call no one all of a sudden works there. Rude workers. Delivery order always messed up and I have to pay for their own issues.

I agree with so many of these posts!! Customer service is THE WORST! I just left this Walmart and encountered the absolute worst customer service experience. Sunedi should not be working behind a service desk. She needs customer service training. She was very rude and completely unprofessional. I don't like to leave negative comments like this but she is a reason this store has bad reviews. Times like these I wish Walmart wasn't so convenient. ...wish Target on Commercial Blvd didn't close down. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. I can't believe how upset I was leaving this store! I am so kind and friendly to people and I just can't believe how she was!! This store is so huge and it could be so wonderful if most of the employees didn't suck! Management should really do something about this.

Attention Walmart customers at North Lauderdale Supercenter. Apparently they are OUT OF STOCK on the following items , Mouthwash Chicken Pork chops I ordered them for curb side pick up. Apparently the guy who does the shipping was too lazy or stupid to find these items in the store that he works for. I tried to call to speak with an associate or anyone who would answer the phone at this Walmart store. They don't answer the phone in any departments ! My advise , DO NOT shop here. Go to Publix! Also at Publix, they have cashiers so you don't have to use self check out. Publix answers the phone when you call . The associates are very friendly and helpful. Publix is never out of stock with common items that you shop for. Publix stores rock !

OMG... This place is enormous. I have been in many multi floor businesses and I have never seen a store with as much space as this. It's a very easy in and out off the main roads and there is plenty of parking. After a short walk from the car we entered this huge-huge store. (see pictures). There is a complete supermarket here as well as a garden center. I came here with my wife for some very specific items. I needed shorts and she was looking for leggings and Dr. Scholl's insoles for her sneakers. Without a doubt, they had the largest selection of shorts I ever saw. Many different styles, brands and colors. I was able to pick up four pieces, extremely reasonably priced. My wife found everything she needed, and then some. They have everything here in massive quantities. Just isles and isles of merchandise. Prices are also reasonable. They have to be, just think of the quantities they buy. This has become a go-to place while we're in Florida, the only problem being that we must transport back home. The only thing that disappointed me was that it seemed very warm in the store. Granted, the mask did not help, but it could have been just a bit cooler. Other than that, I am defiantly a fan...

I always use the online pick up option. The staff is always busting their butt to get everyone's order out. They are super friendly and I enjoy engaging with them. The substitutions is the only reason I am giving them a four star rating. Sometimes the substitutions are silly. There have also been times where I really need the item and I go inside to double check my requested item was not there; but it has been there the two times I went in to look for it. Otherwise I enjoy this store and the staff. FYI it's always full!

What a horrible experience! I waited in line on a Sunday at Noon, so you can imagine the line that I was prepared to wait in, but it was self-check out so it shouldn't be that bad. I go to check out and the clerk who graciously assisted me because two of my Candy bags were not ringing up with the advertised discount (there was one whole shelf the length of the aisle dedicated to 75% off Halloween candy). The self check out clerk offered to double check that was on sale and she advised me it was and I would have to ring it up at the register. You know what no problem because I am stocking up on my candy for Christmas, so I'll patiently wait AGAIN in a line. I get up to the 2nd check out clerk and she advises me that they are not on sale and just stared at me. I am like well can we have someone verify or get a manager to discount them. All of which was a big hassle, she tried to explain to me how it has no Halloween markings on the packaging so therefore it's not on sale, but the 4 bags of Haribo gummy bears I got were .57 a bag and had no Halloween markings? So now I am irritated because I am being lied to because she's too lazy to call a manager or have someone check the price. It took 10 minutes to get a manager over which I had to walk over to customer service to get some kind of human life to notice the light on at a check out clerks station. Instead everyone was just conversing amongst themselves in passing to the customer service department and outside of the department. Once I grabbed a manager, Staci started off by apologizing for the inconvenience of waiting in two lines and then continued to explain how since the candy doesn't have any Halloween markings it is not on sale. My argument to both the clerk at the check out and Staci the manager is why both bags were in a Halloween themed box on the shelf with the rest of the Halloween candy that was 75% off, even if it is not on sale it is in the section that is 75% off and that is not my fault that the box was located in the wrong place and deceptively advertised. Then it is made into a big production and a scene because I refuse to back down from a wrong being a wrong as she tries to refuse the discount of two measly bags of candy. At the end of the day the experience is horrible and I have specifically scene YouTube videos and Tik Toks mentioned if the Walmart has mispriced items the customer gets it for the cost advertised and I am upset that I was put through so much hassle and frustration instead of this woman being concerned with good customer service she was just trying to shove me off and tell me no. I had to say to her three different times "IF you would walk over there with me and I could show you..." literally THREE times and then finally she's like "Fine let's go and see", when we get to the aisle, she then says well this isn't supposed to be there and I say well unfortunately that's not my fault and it is there and it is in a Halloween themed box. She's like well I will give you the discount and I am going to have someone move the box. I shouldn't have had to ask multiple times to go to the aisle, that should've been assumed, I should'nt have to fight over a discount and I shouldn't be penalized because an item is mislocated and misadvertised

This Walmart was huge! One of the biggest I've ever been in. The layout, however, was not the most convenient. After looking and shopping in the grocery section, it took a walk of about a mile way over to the totally opposite side to get to the health and beauty section. This is not the smartest marketing. And you could tell -- as there were very few shoppers at all in this section. Even the few people coming to the pharmacy probably only shop here and don't venture to the grocery side. In any case, it was clean and well lighted. You may have noticed that I've been to quite a few Walmart's lately. I'm on a quest to find a particular flavor of crystal light drink mix. My two local Walmarts (that used to carry it) have both been out of this product for months. The search continues... until I break down and go online for 3x the $. Anyhow, it's a decent store if you live in the area. Just wear your comfortable walking shoes...

The customer service there is rude and very unpolite,the sad part os the get rid of all or mostly all the cash registers and put in self check outs,so the wife and i went to self to get out of the store.We ask the customer service girl at self check out if we could get cigarettes she said hold on walked away didnt speak to anyone and came back amd said the keys were lost and there was no keys in the store,then she got rude when asked for a manager and she replied there are no managers here,so i went to custoner servixe and ask to speak to the store manager, they had jose a customer service manager after he spoke to another couple first,asked him for the store manager or an assistant manager and the send another customer service manager,so a third time i said i wanted the store or assistant store manager,and then all of a sudden the keys appeared out of the blue to open the case for the cigarettes,hmmm that is puzzling how they know what the problem was,got the cigs then the lady was rude when trying to check out and again i ask for the manger or assistant store manager and ended up getting a floor manager,the calling customer service was hung up on 3 times before being able to speak to a live person to complain about the store,unfortunately this rudeness in this store will never change,and then we will all hear how unemployment is up ,self check out is helping the unemployment problem

First time using online pickup @ store. Order the same day or for the next day then pick it up and the employees bring your items to your vehicle like your VIPthen put your items in your trunk. For those who are disabled this can be very helpful to you.
