“The service here has always been extremely slow. They never have enough staff when I come. But Xiomara was the first customer service representative to ever truly try and level set customers. Although it got annoying and repetitive, she at least tried compared to the others. She was friendly, polite, respectful and a pleasure the whole time despite the stressful environment. The way she made my sub was perfect. One of the best chicken tender subs I've had from Publix. Promote her or give her a raise, seriously,!!”

“Went to buy ready made chicken soup . Got there it says they have chicken soup, I see no chicken soup. I ask and they say if we have it it's there. I went to the soup aisle and put two cans of chicken soup and went home. I have to say today the service was stinky”

“Publix stores are pretty much the same all over, clean, neat and organized. My husband wanted to make some iced tea at home, so we stopped to get supplies for it. The signs are clear and it was easy to find the tea section, even though it was our first time at this particular store. It's nice to see the employees busy stocking and keeping everything in order. Easy check out.”
“They have great service. I never faced any problems with my prescriptions. If you have signed up the messages, then it would be more convenient as it notifies you when to refill and when it's ready to pick up.”

“This is really a great old publix with a bit of charm. It is unfortunate that they added all the self checkout stations I think in an effort to modernize and stay current they lost a bit of something. I like having the cashier and bagger take care of stuff and where I can understand using self checkout for a couple of quick items I feel like that style of shopping is better reserved for a Walmart or other big conglomerate and not my Friendly Neighborhood Publix.”
