“Publix stores are pretty much the same all over, clean, neat and organized. My husband wanted to make some iced tea at home, so we stopped to get supplies for it. The signs are clear and it was easy to find the tea section, even though it was our first time at this particular store. It's nice to see the employees busy stocking and keeping everything in order. “The service here has always been extremely slow. They never have enough staff when I come. But Xiomara was the first customer service representative to ever truly try and level set customers. Although it got annoying and repetitive, she at least tried compared to the others. She was friendly, polite, respectful and a pleasure the whole time despite the stressful environment. The way she made my sub was perfect. One of the best chicken tender subs I've had from Publix. Promote her or give her a raise, seriously,!!”
