I love this store! I went in to get a new watch on a Sunday and it was busy! The employees handled it very well and everything went smoothly. Today, I returned for a phone and Vanessa helped me tremendously! She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right devices for me. I am extremely happy with my purchases and will make this my go-to store!

First time at this location, will not be back. I’ve been a T-mobile customer for years and never experienced such poor customer service. Came here after leaving walmart to get a new screen protector and phone case. Walked in and was not greeted and waited 20 minutes just to be serviced. Staff should definitely be trained on how to properly greet the customers waiting to be helped.

Worst customer service at this location. Unprofessional staff that don’t have any customer service at all. I was there more than 20 mins and no one greeted me and ask if I need any help. A couple then walked in and the manager on duty walked over to that couple and help them and then was about to help another customer that walked in after that couple left before I asked why am I being ignored and walked out. I didn’t even want their service any more and don’t want to spend my money there.

As a long time customer with T- Mobile I have never experience such horrible customer service with any other stores. My phone was recently damaged so I was told that my new phone would be shipped to that location and since it was expressed shipping to call in the next day to confirm if it has arrivedI called today and the sale associate Vanessa answered the phone when I asked if my phone has arrived she rudely said” I cannot tell you that over the phone, did you received a delivery text “ I said no but I have a confirmation number she then proceeded to say “ no you need a text confirmation “ I then said “ what if I go into the store “ I’m not sure if she didn’t hear me or not but her response was very abrupt in the most rudely manner as she said “ that’s why I said told you yes “ like I’m her little school friends and then hung up on meI called back she answered and handed the phone to her associate Gabrielle who was more polite And knew a thing or two about customer service..t mobile need to stop hiring these sales associates with zero customer service skills can’t even hold a professional conversation and answer simple questions, so I took the store # which is 377E and the manager name is Francis to look into this more.. I have years of experience in customer service and one thing I dislike is bad customer service

I wish I can give more stars . I had at the store. Customer service was excellent. They help me with all my needs. No questions asked performance was top-tier I would like to thank Vanessa for the excellent hospitality. I recommend this store.

I lost all of my contacts. Everyone, friends, and family alike said let me fix it and every one failed. Finally I came to see Maya at T Mobil and it wasn't 5 minutes and she found and restored all of my info. She was a lifesaver. If ever you need a phone or contract buy it from a person in a store that actually knows what they are doing and Maya at T Mobil surely does.Thank you more than you know.Alan Lee⁰

I had an overall great experience! Everyone inside was very knowledgeable and friendly especially Alexandra,Antonio, and Vanessa! I was able to get the latest products while also experiencing fast sync between them all .. 10/10 I recommend!!!

Friendly, very helpful staff. They are friendly and will do their best. I had a rep sit with me for 2 hours fixing a problem for me that I was told would take 24 to 48 hours. She got on the phone with t-mobile corporate line and fought to resolve my issue. That 24 to 48 hours was completed and fixed in 2 hours because she didn't quit fighting for me until it was done. Great experience there.
