Terrible unprofessional Jamaican agent.Hang up on customer service severally.Road blocked off for days on rock Island to ger into plaza as well.Problems with is old truck and they extended for an additional day and he starts to sent driver license all over the place for no reason.Then got nerves sending private information to the driver emailed that was never on contract at all.Very agent & very disrespectful .Nasty ? and unprofessional.No remorse for emergency or well being of customer information.The person whose drivers license used is not the person paying.He only put it on filed to drive the truck.Yet,he starts to send wrong information all over the place, no respect for HIPPA LAW AT ALL.Very disrespectful,unprofessional want to be owner under a contract with UHAUL AND VIOLATED ALL UHAUL POLIES AND STATE HIPPA LAW.THEN LEAVING THE BUSINESS BEFORE STATED TIME STAMPED ON DOOR FOR 5:30PM. HE LEFT ON 5PM WHEN BUSINESS HOURS STATED 5:30PM.CUSTOMER SERVICE MOTED EVERYTHING.HE GOT A CARD ON FILED.PLUS $100 YET HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CALLED TO EXTEND THE TRUCK.THEN, HE LEFT SO HE NO GET TO CLOSED OUT THE TRUCK ON TIME FOR 5:30PM.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,AND RUDE.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION.NOT DEALERS.MAKE SURE LOOK UHAUL & STORAGE ON THE SITE.LISTED AS UPACK AND MOVE AFFILIATED DEALER,THAT THINK HE HIS ABOVE THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOR UHAUL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES HE REFUSED TO FOLLOW,WHEN A CUSTOMER WANTS TO EXTEND.NO SEND ABUSIVE TEXTS WITH DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVER PHONE.

To all U-Haul renters, this is one of the worst locations that I've ever tried to rent from and that's saying a lot. So I reserved a 10-ft truck to be rented on Thanksgiving Eve midday that Wednesday and came in early for pick a 24-hour pick up to be returned midday Thanksgiving. I was shocked when the gentleman behind the counter identified as the owner of the U-Haul establishment and he was putting up every roadblock he possibly could to not rent to me due to the fact that I guess he stated he had a renter for that truck on Friday who needed it out of state and I only needed the truck for 24 hours and I made a reservation for the rental. So what was the point of the reservation if you're not going to rent the truck to someone else. He put up every obstacle that he could think of from 100.00 deposits, to asking me every question in the book, where am I going, how long am I going to have the truck for, which was all stated in the reservation and he just did not want to rent to me so I just left in disgust because that's just bad business especially being the owner of the establishment. That being said, I thank God I was able to go to the location I had originally attended on going to because they ended up having the 10-foot truck that I needed. Value store it 11 on McNab and not only were prices cheaper and no rental hassles, but the customer service was top notch 110% 5 + Stars... Bad Business Robert hope you do better for your other clients in the future...

Horrible customer service. Don't bother reserving your equipment in advance as that means nothing to ensure you get it. As if moving wasn't stressful enough, now we have to do it without critical equipment.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I urge you, if you do not wish to be disrespected then please go somewhere else. This man, Robert Graver, who claims to own this store is extremely aggressive and hostile. I believe he doesn’t actually like his job based on the way he treats customers. He should be reported to corporate for his despicable conduct and his authorized dealer certification should be revoked.

I wish I had the experience that the prior reviewer had. I would not recommend this place in North Lauderdale, Florida. I had reserved a trailer days in advance, only to find out it was not available at the time of pick up, or even on the same day for that matter. Nobody bothered to contact me to let me know in advance, so I could change my plans. Poor customer service. Not a reliable place. Will never return.

Man who answers the phone is very unprofessional. My location was being changed and I was simply trying ask if I would get more mileage, not only did he hang up on me once but twice when I tried calling back to ask. Called uhaul to report them that they shouldn’t be allowing this man to represent their company! You sir need to learn some manners and how to speak to people, you spoke disgustingly to me and that’s not how you treat people!

Robert is the cream of the crop! He really came to our rescue when the Boca location screwed up our reservation. He is super patient, super professional, and got exactly what we needed! Uhaul is lucky to have someone like Robert, we will go out of our way to use only his location for our trailer rentals in the future! Thank you SO much Robert!! ❤️?

This U -Haul store is the best place to rent by far!!! I've renting many stores in the past, however, Robert the store manager is excellent the best customer service I have ever gotten. Highly recommend this store!!
