DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, you will regret it! I just filed a police report and submitted it to the Florida Bureau of Investigation & the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. This salon is operating with expired licenses which I posted pictures of - both the nail technician and the salon itself are not legally compliant!
Beyond the legal issues, this was the worst nail job l've ever had. Bulky, uneven, polish went over my skin. Not worth your money at all.
The man doing my nails smelled like cigarettes. I should've known something was off when I arrived and saw him sitting barefoot outside the shop, playing with his feet.

When I asked to leave, they locked me inside the salon, and I had to call the police to get out. They also overcharged me, demanding $45 instead of the $35 we agreed on, and forced me to pay through Zelle or cash, they don't accept credit cards.
No woman should ever step foot in this place, this place has nothing to do with beauty.

I wish I could put negative stars. After Michelle burned my face I accepted the fact that she did this. Didn’t put aloe vera for the burn and then up charged for the service and then told me I was a bad tipper that’s why she didn’t put the lotion. First of all, how do you know if I will tip or not and second, it’s unsanitary to be working on other clients don’t wash your hands and come touch my face. She’s unprofessional and rude on top of that. Never stepping foot here again. I hope the BBB doesn’t yank your license from your hands.

I wish there is any option for ZERO, The guy made me wait one hour and start other 6 clients who came after me and every few minutes go outside to smoke, No business ethics, and then after I was start yelling, he took me but he was so rude that by filling my nail, he went so fast that all the toe skin rashed and start bleeding, and no apology and by doing nothing charge me $70.

I went to this place to do my nails, the guy made me sit for 1 hour waiting for him to eat and smoke and when he came back, he was very rude, disrespectful and nasty, I had to leave the place without getting my nails done. It was a waste of time. The guy does not do a good job . Michelle and him are the only two working because they can’t keep any employees. The guy (Michelle’s boyfriend) rushed to finish to go smoke and does not do a good job. The place is very dirty and unorganized. The bathroom is very filthy . They don’t sterilize the instruments. I do not recommend this place and I will let my friends and family know. I will never go back to that dirty place. If there is a 0 rating, that’s what they deserve.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PEDICURES!!!! Gave me a nasty fungus. On the bottom of my foot!!!!! And they keep switching nail techs every week it’s horrible and I wasted Half a day just to get a gel pedicure unbelievable Michelle do better! Hire better workers! Pay your workers better! Advertise your business better make some changes to your business or close down!!!

Warning!!!! This place only accepts cash no credit cards!!! My boyfriend was kind enough to pay for my nails and gave me his CC. When I went in I didn’t bother to look at the wall that had a sign saying Cash Only! (It should have been posted on the door in which I would have saw and turn around and go to another place where they accepts credit) I didn’t have any cash to pay Michelle and I told her I only have a credit card, and I can bring you cash tomorrow. She humiliated me and made me cry when she wouldn’t accept my CA license as collateral for a $40 fill. Eventually her boyfriend came out and diffused the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. He said “ come back tomorrow and pay us” as I did.Service: Acrylic nails

I will never come back to this place, the service was very bad and the worst thing they dispute( Michel and her boyfriend) on these customers. Aaaaahhh i can’t with them oh my God. 1s off they were late opening! Next, they had me sitting in the water for over a hour before they got to me. Then they lady that did my pedicure was so rough that she cut my toe. Horrible service and I will never return nor tell family & friends about this horrible place! Then she tried to continue to do my pedicure as If she didn’t do anything wrong.Service: Pedicures

Michelle doe's great nail's but she needs help she's doing everything. Eye lashes, pedicure, eye brows, manicure. To much time is being wasted.
