I recently had the pleasure of working with Bath and Design for a complete bathroom remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The business is UNETHICAL and does not stand behind its products. The manager Juan is not an honest person.
We received mismatching parts. We contacted the business to resolve the issue. Their response was that since we already took delivery they have no responsibility. They had no concern for our satisfaction or the quality of their product. Their only suggestion was to buy more parts from them to replace the ones with issues but that they wouldn't offer any refund, exchange, or compensation for the mismatching parts already received.
If I give them the benefit of the doubt and assume there was a miscommunication during the purchase process, they took no accountability. Seeing how things played out, I feel that we were deliberately misguided by Juan during the purchase process to offload old stock. He knew exactly what he was doing and knew how to get away with it.

The service is the worst I have ever seen in my life, they charge you and don't deliver, they lie to you, they don't answer the phone, I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a faucet that had to be in 3 days according to the promise. Andrés Pérez, who was the one who treated me, never stops lying to me. As a Venezuelan, when I met him I thought that because I was also Venezuelan we were going to have a good business relationship and I felt happy to be buying products from a Venezuelan who, like me,I are immigrants in this country, but unfortunately it was not like that. It is a company that does not fulfill its promise of delivery or service high quality products, which is the least one expects when buying this type of brand. My experience has been the worst I have had in my entire life. I do not recommend this company and be careful not to be deceived. I'm still waiting for my purchase and I hope I don't have to go to any extremes to get my purchase or my money back. Be very careful with these people

Started out great but when we actually needed someone to call us back to order more tile, they didn’t respond for 2 days to emails or voice messages. When I asked the owner if he thought that was good customer service, his response was “his employee was probably busy”. Nice stuff in the store, not nice people running it.

We came from Weston, a 45 minutes drive. Google said that it was open until 5 pm on Sunday. It was CLOSED. Next time we will call, the information provided to Google is not accurate!

The absolute WORST experience EVER! I have had to hire attorneys and file formal BBB complaints! 3 months, a million back and forth messsages, caught them doubling prices and trying to upcharge AFTER work had begun! #STEERCLEAR!

I had a great experience with their knowledge and answering any of my concerns. There price and service were great. We remodeled 2 1/2 bathrooms . We got everything from them and looks beautiful.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!. I order cabinets and sinks and once my contractor installed them they won’t close properly! I called Juan multiples times and he told me everyday i will get back to you and never did. Promised me Someone will come fix it and no one did. It has been 2 months already since i told him about it. And still no fix. I would not recommend going there! STAY AWAY
