I had an amazing experience with Bath Trends when purchasing our bathroom vanities. From the start, their service was outstanding. They offer vanities as a complete package, including the mirror and faucet, which made the process seamless.
What truly set them apart was their commitment to customer care. One of our vanities was missing a handle for the drawer, and even though it had to be shipped from Spain—a process that took months—they never forgot about me. They consistently provided updates, ensuring I was informed every step of the way.
This experience showed me that it’s not just about the product but the trust and relationship built along the way. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares, and Bath Trends proved they do. I’ll always recommend them—especially this store—and I’m looking forward to working with them again!
