My review is specifically for Dean everything went well until he asked me to call the store at 6 pm to see if he can either replace or recharge my battery. He told me if not today then tomorrow morning and I let him know I would need it that night because of work in the a.m. I call at 6 and surprise they were closed. The line transferred me to another store whose employee told me if they say to call at 6 what they really mean is to call before 6. So just incase anyone doesn’t know how to read minds just a warning to call an hour before.

Do not buy from here 36 month warranty is false.
The owner won't respond after I have given him 1000's of dollars in business even got him an account with the city I had 8 batteries go bad in less then a year
Horrible service their warranty is fake rip off!!!!!

I bought a Duracell marine battery SLI24MHP on May 26th, 2025. It was used several times with. I also regularly charged it. By July 27, 2025 it was dead. Voltage on the battery 1- 1.4 volts. My attempts to rejuvenate the battery using my charger were unsuccessful. I brought my battery to North Miami shop to get a replacement. Store manager Dean confirmed the low voltage and 11 eleven dead cells. He suggested that he will try to recharge/repair it. According to him and will take several hours. My response that battery on the warranty and has to be replaced immediately having in mind it conditions. He refused to do this without any explanation. I just called Dean after four hours of waiting. He suggested that the battery is at level 55% and he needs other couple of hours. According to all internet sources the battery has to be exchanged because even in case of the “recovery” it will not last. I am very disappointed with the level of the service and quality of the product at this location.

I took my watch to change the battery, and it got water inside, stopping working. I 've had many batteries changed and it has never happened before. I took the watch to the store where I went a month ago and the salesperson said that he couldn't do anything about it and he didn't care.He was rude. I will never bring any watch to have its battery changed there.

I went to Batteries Plus bright and early on Monday, May 26th, 2025. The guy greeted me with a warm welcome and promised to take care of my 15 Pro Max, even putting a nice glass screen protector on it. In less than an hour, my phone was ready. Overall, the experience was a great success.

Dean the employee said he will install my battery and made me wait 20 minutes then told me he cannot do it because he is not tall enough to reach the bolt lol.

Had 2 battery’s under warranty that they refuse to cover! Fact that the manger is never at work and won’t return calls ! $400 batteries buyer beware !

Made a purchase in Miami Lakes store and they will not allow me to conduct the return in NMB store. There is nothing stating that in the store, nor on the receipt. Poor customer service.
