This bank is possibly the worst bank i've ever been to. i went there Friday to cash my check and for some reason they said they couldn't cash it because there was a problem verifying the signature. i told the teller i could give her the phone # to the office and she refused to make a simple call that could've solved the problem. so i called the company on my cell so that they could verify the signature and the stupid lady refused to speak to them. I've never had a problem with these morons but they showed their true colors and how incompetent and unprofessional they are. i spoke to the manager and she was just as incompetent as her staff, no help at all. If i had one word to describe this bank it would be GARBAGE!!!! Don't ever do business with these morons.

This bank is the absolute worst bank i've ever done business with, the tellers are rude, incompetent and unprofessional as is the manager. I went to cash my paycheck there on Friday and they said they couldn't cash due to a problem verifying the signature. I gave the stupid teller the number to call my job to verify the signature and she absolutely refused. I told the manager about what happened and she was just as incompetent as her staff. Don't ever do business with these morons.

what a terrible bank, be very careful. Truist don't respect contracts and when you least expect it, they start charging you fees for nothing.

Look at all the reviews, they all have the same thing in common. Horrible customer service inside the branch. Tellers are rude, not friendly, they make you get out of your car in the drive through lane in order to obtain a cashiers check, if not they refuse service with your own money?! What’s the point of the drive through then? definitely taking my business elsewhere.

There the worst, I can’t get into my bank app, They recommended call Truist and try to rush me off, The manger never there to handle the situation , Instead I went to the branch in North Miami 6ave and 126th st and Donnie took care of all my online issues The only person in North Miami Beach branch that is kind and professional is Jenny but so far she’s just a teller.

They are horrible. I don’t believe anyone working at this branch know and understand customer service. You can ask the most simplest question and they give you attitude. They talk down to you, inside and drive thru. The customer next to me right now is having a hard time. The teller is raising her voice at her and the other workers do not even bat an eye. I hate the feeling I get going to this branch.

Super busy branch but everyone working really hard. Some clients complained about waiting but I saw them working hard and with a smile. Manager in the branch talking to everyone. She tried to expedite transactions when she could. Good job Truist!!!

Not sure as to why the bad reviews, but customer service here is GREAT. Alex Santiago and his team went above and beyond to help me with my account. The facility is clean and has such a nice environment. Service was quick and efficient. Please don’t let the amount of stars fool you.

Very helpful staff at this location. I particularly want to recognize Dannie (I believe), who spent a lot of time and effort helping us reconcile important transactions on two separate occasions when he totally could have just kicked the requests to a call center. And there are almost never lines here, unlike the completely insane ones at the Bank of America up the street.
