Biscayne Commons is a large shopping center in North Miami Beach, covering nearly 120,000 square feet. Located next to a university and a mixed-use development, it serves a diverse community with a mix of stores and restaurants, including anchor tenants like Publix and Petco. The center offers a variety of international cuisines and a good selection of stores, making it a popular spot for locals. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff at Publix and the overall safety and free parking. However, some note issues with flooding in the parking lot during rain and suggest repairs to the water fountains. Overall, Biscayne Commons is a convenient, busy shopping area with a mix of everyday essentials and dining options.
I got an appointment right away for an emergency extraction. They guided me on how to get some recent x-rays emailed same day and were able to give me straightforward quotes before I left. Very transparent. Very welcoming.

The best burger in Miami 2023. Highly recommended. The meat is soft and very juicy. The bread is fluffy and very delicious.

Overall, it’s an ordinary shopping center, of which there are dozens. There is Publix, this is a point of attraction, it seems to me.
