The unpleasant service, they have no knowledge of what they sell and they try to deceive you with other producers, for everything they want to charge you between 60 and 100 dollars just to activate a sincart. To activate your phone, I recommend going to Walmart and buying a sincart with data, but first you have to check the website to see if your phone is compatible with the Line.

"I called to change my plan because I ran out of data very fast, I also, paid in advance to avoid issues with the service that same day. By the term of the month, when it was supposed to be updated, SURPRISE! My service was suspended because they didn't applied the change as they should have, but the worst part is that, even knowing I PAID IN ADVANCE, they are leaving me waiting to restore my service for about 72 hours because they customer service isn't able to restore it immediately saying that the case needs to be reviewed by other department. Unbelievable! They have they prove that I paid in advanced and I must wait for their inability and lack of customer service efficiency. After speaking with friends and relatives they all agree that Boost is the WORST, also because they are expensive and offer plans that actually always run out of data even when they don't use them. So, don't let them fool you with their offers, there's always a "catch" and excuses for their bad service. Honestly, at this point I don't understand how they're still in the market."From my friend who ran out of data to post it using her own device.

I was not satisfy with the assistance of the Mgr, I was looking to change my phone for another Samsung and told me don't have it and gave me a Motorola, that was terrible, it was full of businessadvertisements and send me continues soundNotifications....on this days somebody enter my account y send a message to a friend ...Finally could solve the problem.......

Not friendly and gave me wrong information about the 5g sim card up grade . Stated that I needed to purchase a new phone! Found out that the owner gave me false information and have just upgraded my phone.

Worse experience I have dealt with in a store. The did not welcome me when walking into the store and when I asked for help they ignored me and didn't even help with what I needed. I have left boost mobile due to this experience and and will be taking my business to Verizon where they at least say hello.
