“Discovered this hidden gem when asking a neighbor about their beautiful flooring. Contacting this company was an excellent decision! Jason and Paul could not have been more accommodating; making suggestions without any pressure. They have the ability to put the customer at ease and more importantly; they have the ability to LISTEN to the customer's ideas.
The first home visit to take accurate measurements was made at my convenience and tile samples were brought to the house based on my considered preferences. Never felt rushed or pushed. Prices were very reasonable; especially having already compared prices from another well-known tile company.
When told that there would be only one installer, I was a bit apprehensive as it was a rather large area of several rooms. However, Paul assured me that Hugo worked for the company for many years and was a pro. He was absolutely right-on-target!
Hugo was amazingly talented; professional, neat, polite, friendly and hard-working. Honestly, at the end of each day it appeared as if a crew of people had worked. In addition, at the end of each day, he cleaned the work area and made sure the area was safe to walk around. I was equally impressed at the amount of work completed each day.
Highly recommend this company!”

“We were exhausted and dismayed when we first met Shima at Designer Rug Center in Bal Harbour. We had been trying to get a custom rug made by a very big New York rug maker for well over a year. We waited and waited while none of the deadlines were met. Then we waited again through numerous rounds of strike-offs to get the pattern right, but never did. Shima was like a gift from heaven. She knows her business and is very skilled at creating every type of rug. She delivered exactly when she said she would, kept us informed, and we happily received our new rug right on time. I would recommend Designer Rug Center to anyone and everyone.

“Had a great experience at Don Bailey Flooring. I was exploring different flooring options for my living room and Roby was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, which made everything alot easier to understand. Great service overall and I’ll definately be back!”
