On 10/31/2023 around 4pm I stop by to make an appointment for later in the week. My idea was to open 3 new accounts. A business a two personals. There was no receptionist and a line of 10 ppl in front of the cashiers. The men behind the glass didn’t come to help. I ask the security guard that told me I must stay in line (waiting time 25 minutes or so), and make an appointment. I told her that it seems a little insane that no one was there to help. She went to look for someone, a lady came and asked what I needed. When I explained and she went to look inside to give me an appointment. She never came back. I look at my watch and I entered the branch at 3:55 and it was 4:18 … I thought twenty minutes to get an appointment? Plus a total disregard to customer service. I left. Not that anyone seemed to care for loosing my businesses. It is a pity how jaded, and uninterested employees can bring down a good brand.

They don't want you to take your money out. Ouside atm does not work and drive through is always broken.

For the first time ever after living 3 years in the US, I got discriminated. They didn’t want to open a bank account even though I had all the documents that a person working at another Chase location told me to get, the lady who attended me looked at me up and down, made me questions about my immigration status that are NONE of her business. I told her because she was being very annoying that I am here because my mother is a citizen, and she said that she was sorry and “welcome to America” ?¿ yeah! Welcome…. Any ways, It was very uncomfortable and It made me feel very bad. And let me tell you, now I am a CHASE MEMBER because another location helped me open my bank account. So not only you were wrong, you made me feel like I do not belong. DO BETTER.

Oh please stay away from that place imagine today I went there because on Saturday. I went to deposit my check the manager was so unprofessional coming in my face stated: the guy won’t be able to help me because I do not have an appointment. After waiting for more than a hour and a half. She was so rude her name is Magalie I wish I can give this place no star at all. A manager should be the one helping p pole not pushing people away.

I would like to say thanks to Moshe Armoza for replying to my call after I have called 10 Chase barches, and no one replied. He was very polite and we opened a business bank account fast. Thank you!

After speaking with customer service and was told no appointment was needed to come in and reopen my account that was closed without my knowledge. I was told they couldn’t help me and needed to make an appointment to come back tomorrow. If I came in today is because it’s my only day off of the week. Went to Bank of America and was helped right away ?? Sorry Chase you disappointed me completely after being a customer for almost 10 years.

Went here to open an retirement account such as Roth IRA and was told sorry can't help u that has to be done online. Never new that they couldn't help me open an account in thier own establishment. Thought that what they are there for.

Old ATMs. They never work.I called the bank and reported them several times, even before the pandemic. 3 years ago and still old.I always have problems.The people who works at the bank, super ineffective.

The second I walked to the door I got immediate attention with one of the bank Representatives who painlessly took me through the steps of opening up a new account.. I'm in between addresses and no other bank would offer me serves thank God I had the patience to try it again and I once again a bank account holder thank you Chase I can't wait to grow with you guys in the future.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER ATTENTION. The person who attended me, YURI IBARRA, not only disrespected me, but he also did not want to help me solve my problem at all. I had an appointment scheduled with him today and he kicked me out of the bank in a very bad way telling me that he had to serve more clients. I am very ashamed to belong to a bank with that level of insolent and rude employees. I WILL NOT BE YOUR CUSTOMER AGAIN!

There’s never anyone available to help, it’s either someone is “out to lunch” or they have another client. I had an issue with a stop pay check and the bank attendant refused to help me after HE made a mistake on the check. I had to escalate the issue to corporate. The only attendant here that helped was Moshe, I don’t know if he’s still working there. Overall terrible customer service.
