First time and we LOVED the ice cream! The menu looks like a Periodic table and needed some explaining prior to ordering. Customer service could be improved and have more smiling faces enjoying serving ice cream to the kids looking at the machines making ice cream in front of them!! Will definitely go back to eat ice cream!!

I received a birthday reward that’s going to expire 03/26/24. I went to the Aventura store and even tho it was showing on my app I was told it was not valid because she was unable to see it on the system. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl in charge said she was unable to do anything because the system can’t be overridden and that’s absolutely ridiculous. A shift manager that doesn't have access to manually override a system error and provide accurate customer service. The ice cream is always delicious but the service is terrible. Careless teenagers without supervision.

Had a great time creating my ice cream and thank you to my ice cream maker Victoria Francois for being patient with me as it is my first time. I would definitely go back and recommend !

Came in to this spot for the second time because the last time I came there were these 2 superstar staff members making our nitrogen ice cream. they came out amazing the first time we came by. We were excited to return. This second time around the staff were extremely rude and not following health guidelines. Not using gloves, chewing gum with an open mouth, not making orders uniformed. Just an entirely different experience this time around. Me and my friend were both extremely disappointed in how the ice cream came out. I have no idea why it would come out so different for each order. I think the staff needs better training, and some manners wouldn’t hurt.

This place needs to get its store hours right cause online it says closes at 11 but at 10:15, you can't come in cause they said they're closed. Especially when it's a promo day and should be the day you want to make money. That's just bad business practice.

So far the best ice cream, although lately the flavors seem not to make sense anymore!!! Just not the same.The place is cramped. Even if you order online, you'll have to wait in line or jump in front of everyone to get to the cashier for your online order pick up.There is no order, but complete chaos. Just a long, disorganized queue for something that should be as simple, as buying an ice cream!!!

Pretty cool to watch ice cream instantly made in front of you. Tasted delicious as well. I had a regular sized vanilla with brownie and cookie dough, and it had me wanting more.

We have come here for many years and never had a complaint. We love the ice cream it’s one of the best that we have had in Miami and have even brought friends here or have shared with people about ChillN and everyone loves it. However, this time we are sad to say we left extremely disappointed. Some of the workers here now do not meet to what this place has been like in the past. Poor customer service… we went because we had received a promotion for pickup, but noticed that the prices on the site were marked higher than what they actually are. So it was basically the same as just ordering at the store. We spoke with one of the workers and since she was unsure she brought us the person in charge a girl with curly hair. Her attitude was indifferent about what we were saying. She explained to us and answered the question, but with a careless and bad attitude. We only wanted to understand why the promotion was like that and because it didn’t make sense to us to call it a promotion if we weren’t saving anything from the deal. We were still going to buy the ice cream anyway because again we’ve come here for years, but the attitude this person had only made us upset to the point were we felt why bother spending money here when we can go somewhere else to spend the money, eat a good dessert but deal with better customer service and less attitude. My wife told me let’s just go because of that. Doubting if we will come back here again and in the end drove 25 minutes here for no reason.

Very good ice cream I recommend mis match ice cream do 2 flavors in one I do vanilla and
