Dirty doors, not the first day. A cashier directed everyone to self check and refused to do his job until there was a line of at least 10 customers.

My blood pressure was high. I forgot my medication in NY. I got on the CVS app and 2 hours later the meds were delivered to local CVS a block away for me in Miami. Thank you CVS fast easy service.

This is a horrible CVS. I am from the West Coast and I've never seen anything like this. I have written before and it seems like they pay some attention to the self check out upfront at the pharmacy really needs help today. I went to pick up a cream that my doctor prescribed for an infection I got up to the counter and they said I needed a consul and I was like oh OK for a cream so I waited. Apparently the pharmacist was on a break so I waited. People were waiting behind me and the woman wouldn't let me pay till I got the consul so I stepped aside. I said, maybe I'll get it delivered but they wouldn't be able to bring it until I had a consul she kept repeating herself so then the woman came back, and I said oh I was waiting for you nicely. She snapped me said oh well I had to go to the bathroom I felt like saying am I the customer or you the customer then she looked at me and said I wanted to tell you about the vaccine I forget which one she was talking about because I've never gotten a vaccine and I really got upset with her. I said how dare you try to push a vaccine on me I mean I'm supposed to have a consult about this cream, so she just looked at me and said that we have to ask so I went about my way, and I did call corporate and then when I got home, she never gave me a consul on how to use it for special instructions. It's not that hard to read, but I thought it was kind of funny that she just push the vaccine, but she didn't want to help the customer. That concerns me a lot and also the girl at the Connerce now and she was yelling my information with my birthday of people behind me so five minutes of it. You please ask the girl to pack up and she said I'm so sorry I'm now after everybody could hear my info. I'm an after all of this after the woman push the vaccine on me without giving her the consult or whatever she is supposed to do another lady said are you ready to check out? I said I've been ready so I went back over and I said oh I've been ready I don't know what's going on and then the new girl started talking to me and downplaying me. I just walked out of there and thought am I have a customer these people really need some help you need to really really trans some people and customer service and how to speak with people it's horrible and it's almost illegal to have someone working pushing a vaccine medicine people are not interested in

I have been driving all night and had to take a rest. I stopped by this CVS to buy some snacks and use the restroom. When I was walking towards the restroom, I found the office keys on the floor (I knew what they were because I used to work for CVS and even helped do Beauty resets at this location.) Well, even after I gave the keys to an employee, I asked if the restrooms were locked, but she just replied that they couldn't let me use the restroom because of the cameras and they couldn't open them until 8 am. It was 7 am. So I left without buying my snacks.

Watch out because they made a deal with a sketchy tow company. They'll try to tow you vehicle as soon as you walk away. My vehicle got towed, damaged and they refused to pay

The RUDEST people I've ever come into contact with at CVS anywhere, and I've been to several around the U.S. They treated me like garbage when their self checkout machine bunked out and got rid of my 10 dollar Carepass. I showed them the coupon on the screen, and the lady proceeded to blame me and make rude comments suggesting it was my fault like, "Did YOU take your card out when you weren't supposed to?" I have never written a negative review, but I've never felt so poorly treated in my life. They eventually got it fixed, but customers shouldn't be treated that way.

Probably the greatest CVS I’ve ever been to. You can tell there is a great attention to detail with the decorations and displays. Really attentive and helpful staff!
