I like CVS so much more than other drugstores. Their products and prices are great and the pharmacy employees are nice and very pleasant to deal with. It’s definitely the one place to go on the regular.

In this pharmacy work the most inexperienced people ever. Charging me $ 159 for Famotidine and even my insurance said they are wrong they keep insisting they know what they are doing!Unbelievable!

I went to CVS this morning to buy some bandaids and alcohol for a wound. The lady working there was in an isle putting up stock with AirPods in. No one would answer my calling out I finally found her and asked if there was a restroom. She paused and told me no I could tell she was lying so I left the products and went to Walgreens. I’ll never shop there again.

Staff was very rude and not helpful with simple questions. We needed prints and they said that there’s nothing they could do about it but always treated us with bad attitude. We left unable to print anything!

I want to compliment CVS on the great service they provided today at this location on Sunday Isles. The pharmacy took care of everything I needed. Then, I decided to use the self checkout to buy a couple of additional items. I accidentally ripped a coupon I was using. Before I even turned around, Eduardo came over, took the steps to credit me for the coupon, and helped me complete the checkout process. I really appreciated the attentiveness and willingness to help. It makes shopping a pleasure 😊

The gentlemen working the register was friendly, informative and most of all helpful , he assisted me because I was having issues using me reward bucks . I will now travel past my neighborhood CVS and travel to SunnyIsles ( 15 min drive ) moving foward.

I made a purchase, and I was really impressed by the poor service I received, I had not been to this store for a long time, previously there was a Manager named Lizardo, and his attention was super special, he made you feel at home, this cashier (zandy) should be kinder, it costs nothing to serve a customer well, and for that customer to return and feel comfortable making other purchases, because if they treat you in a way you don't deserve (WHO COMES BACK?) many times bad service greatly harms the
store, salespeople look for other jobs and the store is left with a bad reputation

The short older lady named Alex always has a horrible attitude and always giving the worst stare. I don’t know how they hired her. She never has a smile on her face and see her always giving customers attitude.

I was directed to use the self check out which I like doing. But then I was rushed by the person doing the directing telling me there were people waiting I asked her to leave me be and quit rushing me but then she stated that there were other people waiting made me think i didnt deserve my few minutes at the checkout but every one else did? She was very rude and pushy.
And it wasn't like I was taking that long I was moving at regular speed and if I paused for a second to adjust the items in my hands she'd come over and try to do it for me. I was quite capable and I told her I had done this before. But she was practically hovering over me. I never asked her for help. Didnt need it. It ruined my only experience at this CVS and wish it hadn't because I won't be back and it's a shame because I was scouting the area to move here.

They dont ever change the promotions tags, every time I find something that is BOGO or buy one get one 50% off get to the register than they tell you it not valid at this moment...and I wanted to show them the tags but they said they cant move out of the register or see photos from my phone becoyse it might be fake.... never coming back here... just to go Wallgreens is 2 blocks away !
