If you are trying to do a commercial sign at this place , don’t even waist your time calling , much less showing up , because you won’t get much help from this people. Not only they are short in staff but their employees have no idea what they are doing .Very unprofessional and lack of communication.

In November 2023 I ordered a flyer job, they charged me 100% and until today they did NOT show me a physical sample, they did not send the flyers. They did nothing. They don't want to give me my money back. It's a surprise to me because they always worked well. They say that the suppliers did not comply with them and I have to assume their risks. They gave me nothing back. They always answer me when they complain to the supplier, but they DO NOT give me my money back. I DO NOT recommend this store. DO NOT trust, because they treat you very well, they answer you, but when they DO NOT do the work they DO NOT return your money. I wrote to the Franchise to see if I have a response. I will tell you in the next message how this case continues.

I went to this place for two years and always Charged a crazy amount of money, The only reason I continued was it was close by. Do not go to this place do not use the sales person Kismet. They'll charge you an arm and a leg and then tell you that you pick already up and expect you to pay for something you never received. Kismet is involved with to many things that is becoming forgetful and confused and expecting other people to pay for her mistakes
