Wasted time and money on Uber to come to Fed Ex to print professional photos. 1. they didn't have proper glossy photo paper. 2. Decided to print one photo with the paper they had. They charge $8 for any adjustments! The adjustment was putting 2 photos on 1 sheet of paper. đ¤Śââď¸ 3. The employee couldn't care less and wasnt listening to what I was saying. 4. At the checkout (not before) they decided to mention they also charge almost $3 for a service fee ! Horrible service overall. I went to UPS and got a 5 star service without hidden fees. DO BETTER, FED EX!

SHOUT OUT TO Marcus he was very attentive and patient with everyone there. Including those who kept coming behind the âemployees onlyâ line. lol Very nice, informative and great at multi-tasking considering he was by himself at a certain point. Itâs people like him that makes annoying and longs days like having to go to fedex easier. lol Thank you so much.

The âmanâ at this location is so rude and unhelpful. He sees 2 women coming for a package that was big and gets aggravated and goes out to smoke a cigarette then watches us bring it to the car. The lady at the desk is nice but the old man is TERRIBLE! 2nd experience of him doing this same thing, my partner picked up a package 2 weeks ago and he was just as rude and unhelpful to her. I donât recommend this location at all. He clearly hates his job.

I shipped a 2-day package with FedEx, and it took almost a week to arrive. I called to complain and asked if they would cover the cost since I paid nearly $300 for expedited shipping. I spent weeks calling, getting the runaround, and now, after almost two months, they told me they can't do anything. I would not recommend FedEx to anyone there are plenty of other companies that do a better job.
